I love that you’re sharing your thoughts on gratitude and little things you’ve learned in life to help others never stop. Your personality is amazing❤❤❤
Power cut. My autumnal activities are about the same as yours; reading with a cup of tea, walking in the woods, baking and making soup. I also love The Hunger Games.
Girl you go! at the end of our life we will regret the things we didn't do, and likely laugh or smile at all the things we tried doing. I'm so glad you don't care what people think, I'm trying to get to that point! I injured my leg and am on crutches and it's so embarrassing going out in public but I'm slowly making progress! Thanks for sharing your life with us, it's super encouraging!
I love going on my bike in autumn, as I live in a fen countryside and the autumn aesthetic is just vibing at the minute with the leaves falling off the trees. 🍂 And also a nice cup of tea and cake 🤤
My favorite thing to do in autumn is a lovely walk wrapped up in a cosy scarf with a mug of tea. When the weather in the morning is really crisp and chilly. Can't top that.
Fellow Scot here. Just discovered your videos and they are great, thank you for being you. I need to get up to the Highlands more and just reconnect with that side of my life. Thank you.
Hi from Texas. I would try pronouncing it like O-TOM. Also do you call sweaters on the island jumpers? It's lovely! Unfortunately here in Texas we have about maybe a month of cold winds in January and then back to heat. I live in San Antonio so it's much more humid, and less cold than northern Texas. But my favorite thing to do is drink Chai teas with golden milk, corn bread casserole, munch on pumpkin seeds, and force myself into sweaters knowing I'm going to be sweating like crazy 😅 and it's not fall for me until I put out my fall theme salt and pepper shakers, and I see all the butterflies. I live in the pathway of the monarch butterfly migration. Where they pass for their yearly migration to mexico. We have monarch festivals all over in October.
5:09 it must be great not working and having rich parents to subsidise a life of walking, swimming, reading, drinking coffee & making videos reminding everyone just how shite their life is by comparison !
I don't usually respond to comments but I want Niamh to realise that not everyone thinks the way you do. It seems like she acknowledges her privilege and appreciates her life. She definitely doesn't make me feel shit about my life? I just think wow lucky girl GOOD FOR HER, rather than compare. Maybe ask why you feel the need to criticise someone online you don't know and make assumptions about her life?
@@Lara-EmMoo she fishing for compliments - can't you see that? Here's is my incredible life: here's me in bed reading, here's me going for a walk in the sun, here's me swimming in the sun, here's me drinking coffee in the sun, here's me in the kitchen making scones. Yet she can do this as unlike the great unwashed going to work in the rain, holding down jobs, paying of mortgages we are supposed to feel amazed and happy for her !
@@revol148 I love the escapism in the videos. And I think it's ok to share that. She's not pretending to be something she's not. She talks about the fact it's her parents house. She also mention her work too. And she mentions she doesn't vlog if she's not feeling great because she wants to share a more positive vibe. Everyone is dealt a different hand. I live semi rural in a cheaper part of Wales. I work full time, but still make time to go for a walk in the sun, go out for a coffee and hunker down by the fire if it's pissing down. I'm sorry you felt the need to be so negative. There is reality all around us. It's ok to escape that in a vlog. And you don't have to watch if that doesn't align for you. All the best.
@revol148 she has a job and has been away at uni and also makes money through RUclips. Obviously most people can't live like this but i doubt she will be there with her parents forever. Most younger people have to live with their parents now because rent is too expensive and mortgages unachievable for a lot of people. I can't imagine there are many house shares or affordable accommodation on Skye which is why younger generations leave and head in to mainland Scotland and England for work. Before you start- I left home at 16, work, live in a very small terraced house with 3 kids and overlook a busy road. I think people watch these videos and take them with a pinch of salt really, they are just moments and not someone's whole life. I'd love to live there and make RUclips videos for a living but at least I can watch these!
This is a youtube video and obviously is edited. If you feel so attack maybe change your life 🤷♀️. And I don't think she is rich. She is living with her parents in a small house on rural countryside 😂
My favourite autumnal acitivity is reading with a cup of tea or watching cosy movies all wrapped up in a cosy blanket :)
I love that you’re sharing your thoughts on gratitude and little things you’ve learned in life to help others never stop. Your personality is amazing❤❤❤

Totally agree with you about the jumper-it's really pretty! Better buy quality than quantity-our planet would be so much happier😊

Such a great video! I go to the island often and I'd love to know what locations you go to, they look sooo nicely

@sillyweefilms as a Scot aren't you amazed (suspicious) by just how sunny the Isle of Skye is? It's kind of like the Scottish version of Bahrain.

Apple picking!!!!! Hopefully your power came back on quickly 🍁✨
Power cut. But also coffee date and autumnal walk
#powercut I love wee walks but also sat in crocheting with a cup of tea, raining outside and a cosy to show/movie on (hot water bottle also)
Your first fit screamsss Lorelai Gilmore
They say the two things that you regret at the end of life, are,
not saying autumnal enough and going to uni.
Niam would November be a good month to visit Sky and Harris? Or is everything closed outside the tourist season?
as someone living in the highlands, most things should be open, however, generally outside tourist season they close early, like around 4pm
I love to crochet all year round tbh buttttt crafting with seasonal stuff is always fun!
Now, and walking with my family
💜💜💜💜💜💜
coffee date by the fire
running in central park!
Power cut
Power cut😂
