You know it's a Prestige home before your told it's a Prestige home. Eccentric, funky, modern/contemporary, underlit countertops, office with metal furniture with a glass wall separating it from the garage, motorcycle, typically a waterfall from balcony into pool (maybe they had it but it wasn't shown in video). I could go one, but you get the idea. This one is a little too funky for me, but apparently, not too funky for everyone. Still nice.
