Hi Medic, pleased you built this, been missing the build videos recently and for those of us who have been here for years, thats what we enjoy as well as running vids, keep up the great work!!!! N.
Wow, this really is an over engineered beauty, no wonder it's not cheap, plus the upgrades make it even more desirable. Love your videos Medic and I know a lot of people want to see you rip on this beast but I for one am one of the people who like your build videos a bit more, because at the end of the day a lot of people can make decent videos trashing an RC, but not a lot can make a cool video like you guys do, with the knowledge and explaining everything in detail. Can't wait for Jem's build to be finished.
good morning Aaron , once again a presentation of the hop ups and all the nice ways that you go through the trucks..It has been a pleasure to get to know you and jam as well , I mean system for me and what more can I say about little Morris she's the same age as my grandson and then watching just as long.. Thank you for sharing all of your knowledge and experience. and thank you for sharing all of your contacts and other supporters..Most all of them are on top of the hobby, and give my best to everrt as well as Joe and the boys at the garage.. Best wishes always WIL 😎,👍
RCSparks Studio hell yeah! guess that means more video's!.. that's a good thing, I got a lot of wrenching to do on my stuff. always watching when I work on them!!
RCSparks Studio Ya when I fix my RC I watch these videos weather there old or new and Can you do More Traxxas Summit Videos with Hidro dipped Rat Rod Body
I love the videos in which you are building stuff and mount upgrades to your trucks. Truly passionate and the way you explain everything is so awesome. PS: Love the Capo. It looks so neat!!
ULTiMATE TRAXXAS MAN, I concur what if this is the new future design for all upcoming crawlers and even short course vehicles. I don't think it would work well on say a 1/5 or 1/8 scale but definitely a 1/10 or 1/18
+RC Adventures Pretty cool concept they have. Im surprised I havent seen more custom rigs trying this as opposed to servo on axle. Keep up the great work
not a problem good sir I love your videos and Jem's as well I have a few questions for you and I have a few things I would love to send you is there a way we can collaborate on it

Stunning Video and really great Build.....thumbs up my friend 👍👍💯
Trilube will work well on those cables to keep rust out and lube them, it has Teflon in it, those spring inserts are like bike, lawnmower cables exc, they hold water also can help to break loose rusting or tight cable, can get it from a bike shop, good stuff
Thanks for the tech video, I was interested in the more detailed look at the steering set up. Those would make some awesome scale monster truck axles since they look like a top load 5 ton.
Those axles look like they would make great scale monster truck axles with that mock disk brake. I wonder if they would be strong enough to take a 2-4 foot jump in a MT style race and if you could find open diffs to fit them.
Medic, nice rig, cool instructional video. It was cool to see how the cable system worked, however I don't think I'll be getting one due to their exorbitant price. Keep up the GOOD work.
RCSparks Studio that's true, but in that case you're making improvements to the rig making it yours and to me that's what and that's all being an RV enthusiast. That's the fun part of the hobby.
I do like the Crawlers and the scale trucks that you've been doing but I was just curious if you're ever going to get back to your e revo brushless edition
nothin like a cold beer or wine at this point, but i don't do that anymore. so, patience will have to do. i like your video's anywho, so keep on goin with the videos sir. oh, i have found me bitting my finger nails till they would start to, i ment my toe nails!
thanks once again never seen that before. you think water and mud might be to much for that steering cable like that barren on servo or just getting nasty. I hope it works I just think it might have to many moving parts what you think. like it tho
you should flip the gray things where the cable goes through where the brass cable lockers bump up to, turn them 180 degrees so there on top then you would not have to worry about the cable lockers snagging up and snapping the cable.
Trouble is with the red inserts they are going to restrict off camber twist allowing only up and down movement with very little twist as the ball joints have been replaced with bushes you may even break the ends off because a lack of movement.Plus if you remove all the squeaks it will not sound lifelike as if you listen to all crawlers they squeak and rattle because unlike your 1-1 truck which has bushes the crawlers have rose or heim joints no rubber no nylon just metal to metal.Did you get the spare wheel carrier was hoping it would come and be alloy as it was a weak design. thanks for showing the steering system that was the it I was very interested in.
Ahh.. maybe I should have said they were rubber :) No limitations from what I can see .. and man, the other rig squeaked too much. I think it will be a much smoother ride now... Good question about the back brace or "wheel carrier". An alloy one would prove to be much stronger... but again, I think in keeping costs low - capo is using the plastic one
Thanks for sharing this vid! I really want one of these when they become available in the US. I'm relatively new to your channel and extremely impressed with the truly amazing content; hugely entertaining and educational. Just curious, why are you called 'Medic'?
Yes, the cable steering is genius... and i'm very late to the vidoe. But was looking at doing my own cable steering... how do the cables refrain from getting slack when the axles are articulated?
Hi Medic, pleased you built this, been missing the build videos recently and for those of us who have been here for years, thats what we enjoy as well as running vids, keep up the great work!!!! N.
thumbs up bro, take the time with these things, if you hadn't have gone over this for us, we may never have had the chance. thanks man
I really appreciate that comment.. thank you, too - bud! :)
I was very impressed by the Cable-Driven Steering System and the new optional parts are perfect.
this is absolute Hobby...not easy,..beautiful parts...etc..
Very nice !
Been RCing since 1994 and have never seen a steering set up like this. Very nice, very interesting video, and an awesome looking rig.
Glad to bring you something new, Nasim!!
That servo went there like butter on bread, smooth... Thats like the 5th time i saw this video, CAPO Ace One worth every penny.
I Love watching the builds Medic. Thanks for showing us this amazing hobby.

extremely cool ride thanks for doing the upgrades on camera. Looks like it will be a beast on the trails.
That cable system looks to be an awesome setup. Great video of how it all breaks down
I love the Capo Ace 1! The way that Capo engineered the steering is genius. I love RC Adventures!
RC ADVENTURES is in OVERDRiVE MODE! Glad the Summer is here..
RCSparks Studio hell yeah! guess that means more video's!.. that's a good thing, I got a lot of wrenching to do on my stuff. always watching when I work on them!!

Thanks for doing that on video. For some strange reason that was oddly satisfying.
the cable steering is so interesting
ULTiMATE TRAXXAS MAN, I concur what if this is the new future design for all upcoming crawlers and even short course vehicles. I don't think it would work well on say a 1/5 or 1/8 scale but definitely a 1/10 or 1/18
InTheFleshInc yea it might be.
I really enjoy the mechanical end of the hobble...good video....
Wow, what a perfect fit for the servo!👍👍
Yes, it is a perfect fit!

Right on David! So glad to read you are enjoying the show. Thanks for commenting!
not a problem good sir I love your videos and Jem's as well I have a few questions for you and I have a few things I would love to send you is there a way we can collaborate on it
Stunning Video and really great Build.....thumbs up my friend 👍👍💯
Now that's some funky stuff!
When you get a notification in the middle of the night and just HAVE to watch that R/C Sparks video.
Trilube will work well on those cables to keep rust out and lube them, it has Teflon in it, those spring inserts are like bike, lawnmower cables exc, they hold water also can help to break loose rusting or tight cable, can get it from a bike shop, good stuff
That is to cool, happy to get another (working on rc) video! :-)
yay your trucks getting repaired. mines still broke down , collecting more dust , as everyday passes.
Nice video
That steering is awesome.
the cable steering is something we dont get to see unless we buy a Capo so thank you
like reloading the weed trimmer line (chuckle) Nice video. Super truck.
Hopefully we see more of this dope little rig, and maybe the new Texas trail truck??? Love the channel keep up all the hard work guys!!!!

Awesome man! I love it. Thank you.
Great video. I just ordered mine cant wait to get it. Very unique rig.
Cool system, let's see how it holds up!
when your skid plate mounts a skid plate :)
Thats a complex steering system. Pretty cool how it all goes together.
when you get done rebuilding it just send it to me I will take good care of it for you. LOL
A while ago i wanted to build a scale Monster truck, I wanted a cable driven steering that looked like a hyd. one, this is exactly what i wanted
Thanks for the tech video, I was interested in the more detailed look at the steering set up. Those would make some awesome scale monster truck axles since they look like a top load 5 ton.
Good video as always!
great video always good to see some upgrades.
Thanks for the video, I love these types of videos
Looks much tougher with the upgrades.
they are cable clamps and its looking good
Aaaaaaaaaa junior!!!! They are called crimps, cable crimps! You heard?
This Capos are awesome.
if you ever do cable replacement again, dip the tips of the cable in light coat of candle wax and it'll make it easier with less chance of fraying.
thnx for the tear down pretty cool never seen a system like that
Let's see the new traxxas trx4 !! Seems pretty awesome for a rtr scale rig
Sorry everyone who didn't like this video. From the guy who is going to watch every capo repairs and upgrading a few times each!
Can't wait for boating vids!!!
I watched the whole video;)Awesome machine!
very interesting cable and steering system and i think the brass gromet you called them is actually called a brass collar
Great Video .Very informative and has my mind racing on a 1/4 scale I'm building. And by the way it's a cable stop .LOL
great video and and great explain everything!
Very nice this sistem of stering!

What a Beast off a machine looks great 💪👍👊
Love the Cappo
very cool. thanks for sharing
Thanks for the quick turnaround on this viewer requested video @RCSparksStudio!
Are you going to AxialFest this summer?
Those axles look like they would make great scale monster truck axles with that mock disk brake. I wonder if they would be strong enough to take a 2-4 foot jump in a MT style race and if you could find open diffs to fit them.
And that steering set up would look good on it too.
Medic, nice rig, cool instructional video. It was cool to see how the cable system worked, however I don't think I'll be getting one due to their exorbitant price. Keep up the GOOD work.
Ironically.. most scale trucks end up being the price of this kit, or more - by the time people stop fiddling with upgrades.. haha ;)
RCSparks Studio that's true, but in that case you're making improvements to the rig making it yours and to me that's what and that's all being an RV enthusiast. That's the fun part of the hobby.
Ahh.. there is still plenty one could do with this rig :) Now.. just to get it released to the public!
SUPER INTERESTED!!!!!
! ziptie the wires gently to the upper side of the lower links to keep them away from rocks
I'm wanting to get a good crawler and seeing I put 1000 onto my last this would be a great initial investment.
I do like the Crawlers and the scale trucks that you've been doing but I was just curious if you're ever going to get back to your e revo brushless edition
Great looking car
that is 1 cool steering system
Wow amazing my friend good god
nothin like a cold beer or wine at this point, but i don't do that anymore. so, patience will have to do. i like your video's anywho, so keep on goin with the videos sir. oh, i have found me bitting my finger nails till they would start to, i ment my toe nails!
Man oh man!
Have you check diff yet?...
Or trans to see if any grease...?
Video of that will be cool!
I stayed till the end 👍🇺🇸🔦🧀
Wish I had time to run my rc vehicles. They have been sitting for nearly 2 years. Only ran 10 packs last summer.
thanks once again never seen that before. you think water and mud might be to much for that steering cable like that barren on servo or just getting nasty. I hope it works I just think it might have to many moving parts what you think. like it tho
you should flip the gray things where the cable goes through where the brass cable lockers bump up to, turn them 180 degrees so there on top then you would not have to worry about the cable lockers snagging up and snapping the cable.
Unfortunately, the design of the axle doesnt allow for that
RCSparks Studio I'd lightly mod it lol

So clean
