Lisa, this was such a good video and almost a diary that you two can watch over and over again. The Villages is such a huge place and I'm sure much larger now than it was 8 years ago when we took my MIL to see it (she didn't want to live there because it was all OLD people - lol). I was impressed by how pristine everything was! Looks like you have a lot of planning to do between now and 2.5 years....so much fun! Your fur baby is so cute.....tiny but mighty. Lol! :)

The Spanish moss hanging from the trees is so gorgeous! This retirement community is so beautiful, it is like a "dream." Those pastries looked massive lol😂. I'm glad that you guys had such a great time💗
I enjoyed your vlog. We had our lifestyle visit in April. We bought our home in Hawkins while here. We closed on our home in June. We LOVE it here! It was the best decision we ever made! I love your Joey! We have a long hair Chihuahua, Dixie. She goes everywhere with us here. She has to have a golf cart ride daily! Lol You will be counting the days to move down here. As Jerry & Linda always say, “We’ll see you when you get here!”! Life is great here!

Your TV vlog just came up in my feed and I wanted to comment on the great job you did covering your visit to TV. After finally making it to retirement this past September with my husband already retired a couple of years we will be listing our home in R.I. next month and hopefully be full time Villagers by ear!y spring late summer. We are hoping to purchase a new 3br courtyard villa in St. Johns which is near Lake Okahumpka. Best of luck on your journey to TV.

Great video! Once you do a visit to the Villages you want to move. Me my and my husband did our life style visit there this year and fell in love with the place. We are planning to move there next year. Hopefully we meet up when you move there. 😁
Hi Lisa, I can see why you liked The Villages. Looked like you had a great time. I have a friend who retired there, she loves it. I would have loved the Donut Shop. That cinnamon bun looked delicious. I am so into pumpkin donuts right now and yet wonder why the scale keeps moving up. Loved that song at the end, kinda sad. Loved this video, take care, Joann
I see you and Bod had a delicious Cuban sandwich. Aren't they good? I love them. I hope you and Bob have found your happy place. Don't forget to check out Sun City Center. I told you that one day you and I will end up bumping into each other. I am so happy for both of you. Life down in Florida can't be beat. Plus we have the BEST Governor ever!!!! I wish you both all the happiness in your new adventure "Retirement" Life is good down here and people live it to the fullest. I forgot to tell you some day you guys will have to try the Cuban breakfast sandwich it has an egg or two on it and it is goooood!!!!! Thank You for sharing this wonderful video Lisa
