Of all the foods you can choose from Nishiki Market you actually chose the most least popular one there 😂The yaki-mochi place if I remember correctly was Kazariya but it’s just very so so imo cos I dun think japanese mochi is any special to begin with.
Medium rare is raw on the inside and cooked on the outside just to kill any bacteria that has collected on the surface, but Japan has incredibly high food standards so you don't have to worry at the places that actually do serve raw beef there. I'm not sure that I'd trust it in many other places around the world though... especially not the US lmao.

It was localised to a single prefecture and was due to a single company breaking the rules and not using the correct meats in the correct ways - that company is now shut down. 4. If there really were "many more" (especially recent ones), don't you think they'd have shown up quickly on your Google search due to the way that the algorithm tends to show recent events first? 5. The ones you read about in 2015 were actually the people (and company) from 2011 - Fox News is the only place reporting it in 2015, which should tell you something about the credibility. You admitted yourself that you "did a quick Google search" - maybe you should do more than a quick search and actually read what happened and how the issue was dealt with.
