22 years is not recent Ma’am,because the Kargil War took place in 1999 and thereafter these settlement of War Hero’s Colony has been started and it’s very true that negligence to these particular place from every angle of the development. We have seen that last year during the conflicts with China that National Media visited and report from this particular place of War Heros Colony but it’s very unfortunate that our own leaders/elected representatives and officials has neglected to them.
