When and How to Change Anti Scalping Wheel Axles on your Mower

Do you have a video on how to adjust the scalping wheels and do you have to adjust them every time you change the cutting height. Also how often should you check the cutting height on deck and scalping wheels. TIA

I would adjust them if you are making a major change and especially if the ground you are mowing is unlevel or rough.
