At 10:00 in the video you can see a crystal skull. Not sure it that is what you are looking for. Guessing they may have them this year as well if they had them last year.
There are a billion vendors at the Tucson show that have the skulls, as for china and brazil that's where they are mostly made. You'll see wide range of skill levels in the quality of the skulls but they're pretty much all made in china or brazil. You're not going to find them being made in the USA because of the dangers of silicosis and OSHA safety regulations.
