This is probably the most trolls that Dave has ever dodged in a single level.
This is also probably the most stupid trolls that Dave has fallen for repeatedly in a single level.

23:25 It took Dave until the end of the level to realize he wasn’t suppose to get fire flowers and he does a mini pop-off like he big-brained the solution. Dave is like that one mouse who will keep trying to push the electrified lever for food after their others have long given up.

I have a thought about an especially evil level. The maker would call it "why do you steal from Defender" or "from ruins of defender" or something (a jab at Carl). The level itself would be that one room of Defender's with the skewer, hidden pipe, the boot, you know the one, it has been copied with some different twist in like 5 other high profile troll levels.
Anyway, the level I am envisioning would be... Just that room. Repeatedly. Each one has 1-3 valid exits (with any place you cannot exit simply having an anti-softlock spike or fish cannon or something). Each exit goes to one of the other rooms.
But wait, it gets worse! Two of the rooms (ones with multiple exits) also happen to have checkpoints (both of them ALSO have key doors and have identical trolls as well). AND its a red coin level, with 8 of the other among these very similar looking rooms in total having a red coin in them somewhere (which at first glance is a marker, until you realize it will be gone if you ever come back to this particular room).
In short, it would basically be a maze where you have to get all 8 coins, then return back to a checkpoint room safely. But wait, there is one more twist. One of the checkpoint rooms has a key door that just leads to the end with just a falling fish or two to get anyone who either runs full steam, or who just stands there (you basically need to just run a bit and stop, or just walk). The other checkpoint room's keydoor instead leads to a place where you can see the end goal, but cannot reach it. It is, however, a safe room, with a single ? block containing a replacement key, and letting you go back through the door again. So you have a chance to just make it to the other checkpoint room where you can then use this kindly-provided spare key from the wrong door to go into the CORRECT key door. Isn't that such a nice thing to do?
It is basically a level that you would need to get out a pen and paper, and begin making a map for. Just like you were exploring an especially nasty branching-converging D&D dungeon or something. As long as you make the map, and use some symbols to represent what troll is in that particular copy of the room as well as whether to run or stay where you are on entry, etc, it would be actually quite easy to make it through the level without even dying, so long as you follow the map.
...Naturally, whoever MADE the level would probably draw out such a map first and then make the level based on it with temporary coin letters to keep track of rooms more easily (that he then removes when he goes to upload it).
I mean, its not an infinity-infinity level, but it would be a pretty nasty piece of work for anyone who doesn't think to just start making a map and instead tries to rely on their memory. ...if you want to be nice, in the description you can post a "hint:" followed by tinypic url or something that just leads to an image that says "it is a lot easier if you make a map of the level as you go."
Oh, and that whole idea just now is evil as is... but someone of enough skill could make it even worse by having some rooms change their trolls after getting a certain number of red coins.

I know this level is going to make Dave die a lot, but I didn't expected him to die to the same troll a few times before realizing his mistake, as well as blind to those hints.

I don't know, most of his good plays seemed like panicked non-lethal spaghetti. His cashew was definitely non-functional for a number of areas though.

SO tempted to try and make an anti-DGR level. Shinies all over the place, but touch any of them and you die. The only path that works is the one without shinies. See how many deaths he gets.

btw the change after key death works via red coins, the red coins save when you die unless you get all of them then they all disappear. Red coins can also be detected using some contraptions ergo a device that can keep track of death itself
(if a checkpoint loads with no red coins that means it's a reset which means new area)
So the red coins physically make a change which determines how the level loads or whatever changes? Still trying to understand. Can you try explaining it again or in a different way for dumb people like me?

Basically, when you collect a red coin, for just a few frames, it counts as an entity. That makes it so, if the entity limit is full by the time the red coin is collected, any new entity that tries to spawn will fail.
Then the creator builds a contraption that fills the entity limit on the level, so when the red coin is collected, it prevents other sprites (like a bomb) from spawning, which can be used to change the level layout in a variety of ways

The point of the orange pipe at 20-50 is that you might not notice that its entrance is on the right, and get stuck.
And the way the bridge is made is supposed to make players run full speed ahead to avoid the Thwomps
