Shrikhand is gujrati, also maharashtrian. It is hung curd mixed with ground sugar and a flavour (kesar, pista, elaichi etc.). Misti doi is yoghurt made after condensing milk a bit and adding a culture of hung curd for it to set along with some caramelised sugar or nolen gur. Bhapa doi is another sweet where u steam the yoghurt and prepare it. All are super tasty.

In this, the host discloses only the position of at least two letters of the fourth word and not the entire word.
