I have only seen 2.32 minutes of the video so far and I had to pause and comment. This format with a little bit och travel vlog, behind the scenes, some jokes, Garret or someone as a narrator and then I guess the golf content is incredibly entertaining to watch. Took my fist golf trip with some friends to Pinehurst… Here we are kicking things off with lunch at the deuce, and these two are finishing up on #2 and can’t believe my eyes! Then that evening we run in to G-Rat at the local pub. Love the content, keep it up and wishing you both all the success.

while in North carolina i highly suggest you make your way to the mountains for some awesome golf . lineville land harbor is a cool course , Boone golf club another . Zac Radford done a video at linville land harbor which has one of the most elevated par3s around
you guys can buy new clubs and make the airline refund you. Look it up if they lose your baggage u can replace it and they will refund u. its a policy. I have done this with a snowboard and snow clothes
I love watching gm__golf videos. Your playing abilities are quite inspiring, but your personalities and the chemistry you have together are what makes them so enjoyable to watch. As an older guy, I'm really impressed that both of you have expressed genuine gratitude towards your parents for all they have done for you. You both have renewed my faith in younger generations to know how to conduct themselves in a normal, respectful way. Your parents did something right ! Keep it up guys, you're both going places.
No. 2 is a monster. Ryder will be busy editing all the second balls they hit to make it look better. A +8 hcp golfer will shoot 100. “Not gonna lie”. I played the #2 course and told the others not to ask me my score, I wanted to just enjoy the day and not be angry. My daughter lives in Pinehurst and the area is the Mecca of golf. The Sandhills area of North Carolina is extremely beautiful. Donald Ross is the all time master of golf course design.
The golf content is always great but I watch because of the one liner comments. Garrett tells Grant with an absolute straight face that “I would be honored to hold your shaft” lol. He seems to have one of those every video, so funny. Also loved Grants profound statement that “the technology has probably gotten better” obviously referring to the date of the course opening in 1898. I would have to agree with his statement, everything including golf clubs have gotten a bit better since then. Heck the stream powered lawn mower was invented a year later and first commercial law mower several years later. I’m thinking both the goats and sheep were on the maintenance crew back them. I’m not laughing at you but with you. Great content guys!

The house track off of the fourth hole is used for training the horses. During March a lot of the Kentucky Derby horses are being trained on that track right there. Pretty neat little fact

Tobacco Road is well groomed but a tricked up monster that is more like goofy golf. The hole with the blind shot thru a set of high banks is just ridiculous and dangerous when you are on the green.
@@DanWessonSpecialist I didn’t think it was goofy at all, I just thinks it’s fun they have bells to ring on the blind tee shot holes to let people on the tee know they’re good. It’s not that dangerous, no one ever hit into me.

Welcome to NC! I love playing Pinehurst! The club house is the coolest place. There are so many great courses in the Pinehurst area. Pineneedles, tobacco road, southern pines!
Course 1 truly is the easiest. It’s a great course though, played it about 15 times in the past few years. 2,4 are championship. 3 has lightning fast greens when they’re cut as it’s the shortest. 5 has some longer holes and allows you to test accuracy with more narrow fairways. I’m not as familiar with the others because I’ve only played 6-8 once, but 8 is probably the most beautiful of the Pinehurst courses. Welcome to NC, and enjoy your stay! Temps Friday and Saturday will be perfect for y’all!
I love the drone overhead markers after the drive for a better idea of where everyone is going into 2nd shots. Rick shiels does that alot and I'm glad to see yall starting as well

The rotation causes the club to drop into the slot. If you consciously try to do something with your hands you’re dead. Focus more on getting your backswing more in front until your club is parallel to the ground.

It’s a great course though, played it about 15 times in the past few years. 2,4 are championship. 3 has lightning fast greens when they’re cut as it’s the shortest. 5 has some longer holes and allows you to test accuracy with more narrow fairways. I’m not as familiar with the others because I’ve only played 6-8 once, but 8 is probably the most beautiful of the Pinehurst courses.

The rotation causes the club to drop into the slot. If you consciously try to do something with your hands you’re dead. Focus more on getting your backswing more in front until your club is parallel to the ground.

I've played every course but number 6. Pinehurst is the ultimate golf trip and each course is amazing in it's own way. Worth every dollar to go there
glad to see the Tar Heel State on the channel. Pinehurst is tough to beat. Another suggestion for a travel vlog- The Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail (eight resorts, 26 courses, 11 sites across Alabama). But, return to NC for quality golf 🙂

Nice to see the Good Good Boys at Pinehurst. Good Luck at No. 2 and reading the greens. Definitely bring a caddie for 2, 4 and 8. Wouldn't recommend walking 8. Would be nice to see which course you liked the most.
