For universal Persona add to Custom instructions:
"Always act as an expert specialising in the subject of the question asked. Tell what kind of specialist you are".
So you don't need to write in the prompt or Instructions any specific Persona - GPT will choose persona by itself, depending on the subject of the prompt or - in case if you asking to analyze an article etc. - the subject of the article.
Also - in Custom Instructions add first "This is relevant to every prompt I ask:" so it wil be forced to use Instructions all the time.
Also - you can force GPT to reply in the language of the prompt: "Always reply in the same language as in the question"

I copied a bunch of sections about Minds and Drones in the Culture series novels….then used GPT to help me craft a 1500 word Profile of an imagined advanced special circumstances drone/agent named Lost the Ransom. I instructed the model to Full Larp as the drone and asked it to pretend we were Culture agents embedded on this planet and to roleplay every context window like this.
