1. How can smoke of cigerette really destroy Walls of alveoli ?
2. If we identify Emphysema in our body when 50-70% lung tissues are destroyed , and quit smoking , Isn't it life threatening ??

1- smoke contain tar which destroy the walls of alveoli...and tobacco smoke contains various chemicals which destroy the lung tissues as well as affect the body from head to toe.
