Any wetsuit shop can make a pony bottle sleeve with 2mm neoprene and 2" cam-band loops for a few bucks; my local shop in Thailand made one for my 13CF pony for about $15 and it works a treat. I had an extra one made as a protective covering when it's not on the BCD.
