If you go in attacker 1st spawn in the the extended bit on the left climb the corner pillars, if you do this as the door it is pretty much invisible as the player model is hidden in the roof if you have friend they can up the other corner then it looks like its meantto be there, you can do this in any corner but i think it works best there (only really works with tall props and the door blends in the best)

I always liked having the bush as a prop, I always just climbed up the trees and hid in them xD

My favorite thing to do is being a bush on top, wedged inbetween the double trees which are usually on top of the first point.
Only downside being that some Genjis do accidentally get you with the dash while they are aiming for the trees down below.
Hiding in there successfully for an entire round is so satisfying.

3:03 you can go inside the house under the roof. It's pretty well hidden, especially if you are a barrel, because you blend in really good

One of my teammates got so lucky. They turned into a tree and got on top of another tree near attacker spawn. I dont think the genji who got him even knew what he was cause he just dashed somewhat upish not even towards the tree

Yeah so any distance kiriko can travel so can a Genji so that answers your question.

These are really good spots, but I can't help but feel like they sort of go against the spirit of the game mode. All of them feel a bit too janky to really be actual spots, except the shark hook.
