I have a lot of small thoughts. So I decided to reduce miscellaneous thoughts through the morning page. I got up earlier than usual for a week and wrote.
I decided on a theme and wrote it in a dreamy way
These are the things I felt while writing on the keyboard and using a ballpoint pen in a notebook.
* In the video, I expressed it as "Flowing the flow of unconsciousness", but I think "Flowing the flow of consciousness" is right!
Actually, I haven't been doing it these days. After doing it for a week, I feel like I finished my homework, so I am resting. Let's start over!

일주일 써보자! 하고 일주일 쓰고나니까 뭔가 숙제가 끝난 느낌이여서 한동안 쉬다가.. 아직까직 쉬고있어요😂 그치만 생각 정리는 틈틈히 하고 있고, '지금 뭐해야할지 모르겠을 때' 영상에서 말한 방식으로 활용해보려고요!!
