Would be fun too see a Allez Crux type of bike. An alluminium frameset made for gravel racing. you could go either aethos or sl7 concept. A bike like the allez sprint arround the 3k mark would be a killer, long lasting alluminium is what the gravel scene needs
Hey Specialized, love ya work but, could you also do a alloy version of the crux using d’alusio Smartweld on the head tube and bottom bracket. I reckon that would be the perfect alloy do it all bike.
A bike is more than the sum of its parts! Less material requires more careful design and engineering. It's design, not material, that makes all the difference as a rider.

What are the breakthroughs that occurred with the aethos?
Lots of Better Bang for the Buck. I can never afford to over spend on a Specialized Bike again.
Is all of the use in the video covered by the frame warranty, including bunny hopping off rocks like at 4 min?

if you dont mine Trek. the emonda ALR looks really the same lol
No medals for specialized crux on Fayetteville 2022 CX Worlds... 😥
I think you had it more right with the diverge. Perhaps adding a little suspension to this bike would make it great.
A lot of cyclocross racers prefer to run 140mm rotors front and rear. What was the idea behind limiting the front to only accept 160mm?
I'd like to know how there can be alot less material and be more expensive... Minimalism and Premium doesn't exactly go together..

Specialized. You guys got greedy.
Goodbye cyclocross
I wouldn't say that! Our CX teams are loving this bike. Massive tire clearance and light weight *even when covered in mud 😉
@@SpecializedUniversity if you do not race CX you’ll never understand!
Seems as though your engineers are going back in time....12,000?! nope
Ya'll are out here designing a really expensive bike that no one asked for while your other bikes saw their steerer tubes in half.
12k
Don't forget about the Expert at 6k! The comp build too! www.specialized.com/us/en/crux-expert/p/199961?color=322120-199961

@@SpecializedUniversity Scott Bikes way better price point and bike
@@SpecializedUniversity For less than 6k, the Scott Addict Gravel 10 has Force. Getting greedy here, Specialized.
