How is Haevn not one of the most well known groups on the planet? This performance alone should have brought them worldwide acclaim. How can it be they are virtually unknown in the US where I am? So far beyond what passes here for music.
Yes there is a lot of noise (literally) in the world and very hard to find really good music. Technology is fantastic especially in the music recording world where many can create music in their bedrooms and garages so the output is beyond volumnous. The downside to this wonderous technology is that there is a wall of banal copycat compositions that are just poor mindless noise. So when you come across music that artists like Haevn create you are finding rare diamonds.
How can Neco just hum and sound so incredible, the man is made of music, this is not a song to listen to its an incredible experience you absorb into your soul

I think that's the best song I've ever heard in my life. When I manage to consciously listen to music on my own, I listen to Hans Zimmer, Sohn, Haevn, Amber Run, Alex Vargas, Kodaline and a few more. This song was the only one that caught me cold (fr). Although I've heard the normal version so many times, this one is the most beautiful thing I've done to my ears in the last 33 years. The spirituality in Neco´s voice makes my blood run cold what a time to be alive thank you from the bottom of my heart

I always thought that Marijn’s voice is unmistakable until I heard Rui Reis Maia’s (who is also from Amsterdam!) song Cradle. I had to really double check if this is not Marijn’s another stage name or something like that. They both have extremelly similar voices (imo).
