Erev Shabbat | V'Zot haBeracha: And This is the Blessing

- Join us for our Erev Shabbat service we will be going through the weekly teachings from Monte Judah. The Torah section of V'zot HaBerachah recounts the blessings the Moses gave to each of the twelve tribes of Israel before his death. Echoing Jacob's blessings to his twelve sons five generations earlier, Moses assigns and empowers each tribe with its individual role within the community of Israel. V'zot HaBerachah then relates how Moses ascended Mount Nebo from whose summit he saw the Promised Land. "And Moses the servant of God died there in the Land of Moab by the muoth of God...and no man knows his burial place to this day." The Torah concludes by attesting that "There arose not a prophet since in Israel like Moses, whom God knew face to face...and in all the mighty hand and the great awesome things which Moses did before the eyes of all Israel."

Thank you Monte. What a beautiful way to end this Torah cycle. Yep, there's something to this Torah "thing". My faith & understanding (of the Great I Am) has been flipped on its head since I began studying Torah...it changes EVERYTHING! Can't wait to start it all over again in Genesis.😊Shalom🌺

In our churches they twist Matthew 11:28 and Col 2:16
I always fight back with Matthew 24:20-21 and Hebrews 4:9-11 and acts 13:14

My first Torah cycle completed. What a blessing. I definitely see the conflict. My parents and sister follow as do I. My brother does not. My wife and her family do not. I try to tach my girls as I learn each week. May they all come to receive and be a part of the blessings that I now treasure.

PIG ; i was surprised they put LARD in Jiffy corn muffins when i began eating clean. From that point i began reading all the ingredients in what i purchased. Then i decided to start making just about everything from scratch.
Did someone say BACON? I loved bacon until I learned what an abomination it is to consume. It was very hard for me to give up but YESHUA gave up His life for a rotten person like me. Hallelujah!!

But WHY did God command ancient Israel not to eat certain meats?
So Monte are you calling Christ a liar ? Mat 15:11 Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.
I now don't know if I can continue, as according to my Scriptures in the KJV 1873 says that you are lying to us man !
Even Paul said it's not what enters the mans mouth is what defiles him. You're stuck in the old Levitical laws when we are under the Ten Commandments not the 613 laws for Israelite's. All these years being here and listening, I'm done.
