Yes there is. The vest is just a re textured body armour so the components are literally just different body armours

Noose vest isn’t considered armor it’s literally merged with the noose top.

You can have a trusted friend if you don’t have 2 consoles

No you swap to your second console, because beff requires 2 consoles or a trusted friend c1 means console 1 and c2 means console 2

I had this problem at first, you will need to get story mode

At the five minute mark with the parachutes it did not work
Are you sure you’re using the “classic” parachute and not Israel because the Israel parachute will not work

No the beff glitch will not remove your saved outfits, just make sure you have slot 1 2 and 20 available
