  • In this first video of our three-part mini series on noodles, I give a taste to two of the most popular wonton noodle restaurants in Hong Kong, which are Mak's and Tsim Chai Kee in Central. Wonton noodles is a very common dish in this city, with numerous restaurants serving this combination of a clear broth, egg noodles and delicate pork dumplings. If you enjoyed this video, please leave a like and don't forget to subscribe to the channel for future food and travel content to come. Thank you!

Mak's Noodles is not only more expensive, but their bowls are also much smaller than the competition. So effectively, they are about double the price of Tsim Chai Lee (on an ounce for ounce comparison).
The first time I went there, I had to order 3 bowls in order to fulfill my appetite.

You should have your chopsticks with one hand and your soup noodle on the other.
