      Thank you!!!!
I took myself out to eat, at a Denny's diner. On your birthday you get free food, 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, and 2 pancakes. I got a chocolate milkshake too, as a treat. I'm full, and happy. First time I've been to sit in a restaurant since my husband died. I almost made it without crying, but not quite. Still having firsts since he died. But I'm ok.
Big hugs to you, hubby, Thor and Loki, 🤗🤗🤗🤗 from me and Lovey Dovey. ❤️😺🐈🐈‍⬛🐱🐾🐾

@melkiorwiseman5234 could it be that the farmer thought the lawer was looking for oil but he was looking for something else I don't know what
I agree that this is AI generated since I doubt any digging company would dig a giant hole so close to a house that would cause it to come down
If this is a real story either that company is stupid/shady or the company dug a hole a bit away but hit something that caused the ground around to become weak (just like how if a water pocket underground weakens the soil up top that causes giant holes even in roads)

op in the first story need to remember, that criminal stuff isent the only thing a lawyer can help you with. and even if the lawyer isent within the specific field op needs help with the lawyer can give op a name to contact if needing help with lets sey writh a contract, legal things in a contract, making a will and simular issues to this, also if buying or selling property. and probably a bunch of other things that wouldent neceserly involve a judge etc.

The nosy neighbor has some serious issues! Is it only the female neighbor he watche so close or is he like that with the other neighbors? Talk to his wife about it, tell her it is obssevive, and borderline stalker behavior to you. Depending on if she takes you seriously or brushes aside your concerns, call the police and & complain about harassment and borderline stalking behavior. They will talk to him. If it continues call a lawyer for a cease and desist order. Maybe even ask about a restraining order, that includes a 500 ft. limit on how close he can come to you or your yard. The threat of not being able to live with his family might be a big enough thump on the head to get his attention to back off.

The one thing that gets me about the title story is the storyteller supposedly spent weeks in jail defending himself against a murderer charge that he was innocent of... And the only evidence the cops actually had was an anonymous tip. His lawyer should have had him out of jail in a day maybe two tops. I don't see how an anonymous tip gave the officers enough authority to hold a person in jail for weeks at a time with no other corroborating evidence to legitimize pointing toward the storyteller being the culprit. Maybe the rules are different in whatever country he's in but that's the least believable part of the story to me

SNOOP Neighbor; just open the curtains a little bit of the window that faces him, and leave a pair of binoculars on the windowsill like you had been watching him with them and laid them down. After he notices this, he will become paranoid as any time he isn't looking at you, he might have someone, (YOU) spying on HIM!! Start calling the Police on him for any violation or just noise, but it is best done from a pay phone or a burner phone that you buy that is untraceable. It comes with minutes and you can buy more minutes in cash without giving your ID or name. You might even look out and let him see you, just making a call to a friend; just make sure you are making him nervous by looking at him as you speak into the phone. It might be best to NOT call and talk to anyone about him, in reality. After he noticed your binoculars, shut those curtains and don't open them wide. He will think you have recently been watching again, even if you were not home, and especially if you are doing something else. I would put up cameras pointed at his porch and yours and your doors and inside your windows, looking down and out at whomever might be walking around in your yard looking in your windows.

second story, if just doing it on ocasion (not profesional etc) then probably like 10-15 dollars would be normal rate. maybe 15-20 pr h if an emergency. 200 dollars is NOT normal at all. if it was an entire weeken watching the kid at your place because the parrents was at a child free event then 200 would defenitly be acceptable to ask for, but for 4 hours? that wouldent be acceptable in any country. when i was younger (like 15) i think what my aunt was offering my sister (13) for watcing our cousin (3-5 years at the time i think) for a few hours 20-30 dollars. this was someone we was quite close with (and still is) living literly 2-300 meters away from our home in their own apartment in our grandmothers house (quite a large old family home parts of it was over a 100+ years)
