Surely this is both a straw man and a logical fallacy. Achilles is not trying to get to where the tortoise was, and it's one of those 'questions' that gets philosophy a bad name. 😃 We don't need to explain it like this, empirically the answer is obvious.

Eastern philosophy also deals with "original substance" , creation and creator of universe. Statecraft , virtue etc😅
