Dylan thank you for stoping by the channel. Are you in High School or currently attending college? So West Point and ROTC are similar route to commission as an Officer. Because they are both 4 years program with West Point been the elite academy for the U.S Army and ROTC is a military science class you take for 4 years in a school of choice who have the ROTC program. OCS stand for Officer Candidate School and is only available for people who already graduated from a 4 years college. You have to meet U.S Army standards in order to qualify to attend the school and once graduate you will direct commission to a 2LT in the Army. Here is a link from West Point that guide you on the steps you need to take to attend the academy. Feel free to follow my Instagram and DM me for any other questions you have.
