Please read this and I promise I’m not criticizing or trying to be mean, just want to help you spend less time on quests and not get burnt out🙏🏼 For quenching, heat it to 550-600 degrees, then dump it down as quick as possible, depending on the size of the blade and metal, you might want to heat it up to 650 ish. Also, you can heat up the furnace to about 15 degrees warmer then melting point, and open it up by about 6 inches-foot and watch it turn to liquid, it slowly cools down the furnace as well, so it won’t overheat the metal and ruin it. Lastly, you can press E on the mining cart and walk it around with you, and you can leave it anywhere in the mines and you will still be able to leave and keep the ores.
Like many indie games, balance is an issue. War axes are so good they are literally a cheat code for arena. Green garulia ore, whatever it's called, the sharp one, can make a war axe with 100 speed and nearly 160 cut damage and crazy high durability. I struggled so hard in arena before opening up war axes.
Heat the blade to 540 and drop it in the barrel, it should stop at 99%, if you screw up you can reheat it and try again ;) and the overall quality is lower because its not magical.
If you read the book on the desk it tells you how to make alloys and the melting temps of each ore. Always melt the higher temp first and then and the lower temp and then heat to combine. Also i don't close the top on the forge, that way you can see how the melting process is going.
You should name it heads man. Bc the tip reminds me of the irl heads man sword which is not really a weapon but a tool for execution. Also, a potion in the quenching barrel is worth 10% and holds them back from legendary.
what has worked best for me when it comes too Quenching i like too take the blade up too 1000 degrees and dip it all the way in like you are taking the mouse too the bottom of the barrel, Hold it!!! the % will low down till it gets to 99 in the red and you remove it fast. Awesome stuff! loving the game play!
yeah quenching can be complicated but you just gotta give it the throat treatment, full and quick giggity giggity. didn't work? then it's time to go again and improve it with time. oh and as a tip for making swords look more natural, whenever you give it a curve try to trace sort of a straighter line over the sword in your mind and try to make that imaginary line have kind of a more regular sword shape. that way even if it's the twistiest sword ever it'll feel more natural
so the chance to sell doesnt mean you wont sell it, it just means it'll take a bit of time so you could increase your prices. also have a look at the last page in the book for the alloys, the gold and cila alloy is the most expensive to sell
03:15. You can carry the handcart on the minefield instead of going back and forth to it.

Finally a game where a goodly wholesome blacksmith can, with firm grip, and skilful hammering, insert his length right up to the hilt.
You should adjust the slider when your done with the weapon you would have lost money if you had bought all the gold for the sword

wanted to say the same
No need to ever buy ore, you can go to the mine repeatedly and endlessly.

You can carry the cart with you when mining so you don’t have to run back and forth. 10:55
If you heat the blade to 530 - 545 degrees Celsius and then quench it, you can get 100% quench without risk of going over.
You should name it heads man. Bc the tip reminds me of the irl heads man sword which is not really a weapon but a tool for execution. Also, a potion in the quenching barrel is worth 10% and holds them back from legendary.
Throwing a glowing red hot crucible into water like that would cause a massive steam explosion irl. 😂
@@dilligafdude9434 crucible would crack wouldn’t it

If you just heat it to 560, when quenching you can leave it in the barrel and it reaches 99% and doesn't go into red
@DizzyDJW Is that Celsius or Fahrenheit? I should have clarify in my comments! I have imperial units turned on. So everything for me is in Fahrenheit!
The hitting parting in red is what bring quality down stop at white color 99% the red means over tight or hit

increase the prices , it'll take a bit longer to sell but they'll sell for high price
The gold sword is set to sell for half price... just fyi
110% is a good price
Good video :)
diesel.......do you know you can pull the cart to the bottom of the mines so you dont have to keep running back n forth with ore
You can pull the wagon down the hill

You can make the price of your swords higher and people will still buy them if there good
