the spin from 2:30 to 6:00, you literally didnt say almost any aspect about how to DO THE MOVEMENT spin isolation, all you did was talk about extras which come after someone were to learn how to do it,
Let me see if I can help you :) From about 2:30-6 I am breaking down how to do a regular palm isolation. When you are talking about a " spin isolation" are you talking about when it is palm spinning and you zero in on the top of the wand and start isolating that? Or is it something else?
