i ordered some bulbs from amazon and they dont give me any errors in my 2012 sport. they do flash faster but not by much and personally i think it gives people more time to react to them. I changed out brake/ tail, reverse, front and back signals, and the running lights. looking great man!
You are doing the opposite my man. The Right way is to take the DRL fuse next to the steering wheel. Less than one min to do and you will not have an error code or DRL light on.

Only get drl light, when headlights are on at night no error
