New Vegas - Powder Ganger Great Khan alliance

I started my Legion playthrough today and decided to investigate some of the options that exist within the Powder Gangers. I decided not to confront the NCR at the end because I wanted to further hurt the NCR from the inside later in the game.

New Vegas Modifications:
-NVSE (New Vegas Script Extender) / Needed for OneTweak and G.E.C.K Extender.
-NVSR (New Vegas Stutter Remover) / Makes the stuttering somewhat less. I had to tweak the NVSR ini a lot to get it to work properly.
-OneTweak / Allows the game to run in windowed borderless mode. Requires NVSE.
-4GB Patcher / Exe you run once to allows NV to use 4gb of ram instead of 2gb. Helpful for video creation.
-FOV 100 / I enter 'fov 100' into console (~) when I start playing the game for 100 field of view. No slider bc no MCM.
-Capped FNV to 60fps in NVSR ini and on Nvidia Control Panel.

-G.E.C.K Extender
-FonixData.cdf (Easier .Lip Files)

I’d never really focused much on the Powder Gangers nor the Khans, so I had no idea this existed weirdly enough. Usually I cleared out Vault 19 and either ignored/wiped out/persuaded Khans to abandon the legion

So this is why i always get a slide for the vault 19 powder gangers but i never met them. I was always confused
