It basically circles around you for a few seconds, afterwards it turns red and closes into you before exploding. You simply need to recognize the timing and move out in time (Shifting Hollow is good for this).

What in the actual fuck. I started fightim him ay level 102. Cant beat him then i farmed until i reached level 124 and even change my build. After 45 deaths i finally beat him

the biggest problem with the fight, like all others, is it overuses one overpowering moveset. and then there is the problem of shitty low regen animation
