Here it is, my final edit for the amazing clone that is Crosshair (atleast of the storytelling kind). His character is one of the most complex and compelling one there is in all of Star Wars imo, I really hope I could make him justice with this tribute. Shoutout to my friends @panosdks and @SWFT_edits who were also able to appreciate him and never stopped editing him along the way (I think we three alone make up like 80% of the crosshair vids on this platform), check out their videos!

@@infernodrago7867 Vultures are symbols of death but also rebirth, new beginnings. Seeing this animal is a sign to let go of smth and change. They are a postive omen of new beginnings. We first saw the ice vulture in the episode where Mayday dies. Second and last time in episode where Crosshair is already back with his brothers. In 1st episode doesn't leave him and follows the clone. In 2sc it flies away symbolising that he has changed and began new path in his life. Sorry for not the best English.
The rebels have long had a bird motif too.

Wait I like the similarities, ever so similar, in parts of the song from this edit and from the who you are edit. That was just a super subtle thing that I noticed but it’s really good!

I tend to relate Crosshair to this channel through your last pfp. Your edits are so mesmerizing that I can't tell apart the best from the rest, but this is definitely my favorite until now. The ice vulture, just like Morai represent the attachment to the light on two greatly developed characters and I love that you, out of everyone pointed it out. Thank you CW edits, you rock.

Way to deliver man.
First neet thing, it’s pretty neat that each subsequent crosshair edit you have made has felt more like a sequel to the last as opposed retreading the same narrative ground as before. It is also only just now that I have The general structure adopted here Is actually fairly common regarding edit/tributes that concern redemptive characters. It starts out with what I could describe as a “montage of trauma” moving onto a stage of contemplation and reflection before ending with a triumphant climax. This is not a critique by any star of the imagination, just an observation.
I really love how you do attention to the ice vulture symbolism to the point that you framed the whole video around it. It’s honestly something I hadn’t quite considered in this way until now, but it worked wonderfully. Wanna imagine that a part across Health will always exist at that outpost, Circling the resting place of a good man who symbolised all that crosshair wanted from his service to the Empire and all that he would be denied. You know . . . Like a vulture.
There are of course so many different clever edits you made throughout the video and command of pacing pay of fantastically with the build up to the end. Honestly, anything I could say and that regardless stuff that I’ve already said about your previous work. You made another banger, plain and simple. Great job. 👍

ive watched some of the crosshair video's BUT GOOD GOLLY GEE I DIDNT EXPECT THAT MUCH INTENSE EDIT WITH SO MUCH CONNECTED VOICE-LINES TOGETHER. AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT ITS ALSO GOING FROM THE MOST COLD CROSSHAIR TO THE MOST BROTHERLY CROSSHAIR. LIKE BRO.. IF THAT EDIT IS NOT GOING TO BE ONE OF THE MOST VIEWED, THEN ITS TOTALLY A CRIME. Damn that was great! I always wondered what that ice vulture symbolized. One video I watched said change. Adapting to new circumstances. Fitting for Crosshair. Several of these eddits gave me chills.
Thank you! I think the vulture stands for different things, change definitely being one of them. With this video I chose to go with it being a symbol for the cruelty of the empire (and Crosshair's desire to be a good soldier), hence why I've put "I've changed" over the vulture flying away (letting go of it).

I always saw the bird as Icarus. There's the scene at the episode where Mayday dies where it's flying past the sun - A metaphor of Crosshair getting to cocky and comfortable and then getting burnt and ending up back where he started. Beautiful edit.

its still crazy to me how they skipped any talk about tech when it comes to anyone. I was hoping to get crosshair's reaction to realizing tech is gone. Yet they just made a few mention like nothing happened and also. The fact that he has no chip does not make any sense, they did not even explain how and when he got it removed and why tarkin was intensifying the progarmming in a first place, if the chip wasnt there
