Your first game’s Blissey was playing razor claw to try to get crits on her healing, that way she can give massive heals if the crit rng rolls favorably.
Realistically the Bigger Shield literally does not matter, it lasts for so little it makes little to no difference unless it was basically 40% of total max HP, they should have increased it by 1 second, that would have been a more noticeable change

The damage and shield are really not that bad considering the hitbox plus some other bad qualities the move has , no ?
