TI is a grown man with a wife and kids. Part of accepting the prior plea deal was to fully cooperate with any future federal cases in which he has direct material knowledge of crimes or activities. This is standard. He is not and cannot be responsible for the actions of others. He is fulfilling his obligations. Not fulfilling this obligation would result in him going back to prison, spending millions on lawyers and hopefully trying not to be locked up for years.
