So much of this seems like KFC’s fault and it never gets brought up. He talks about wanting New York to be a place for development and talks like he wants to lead the office. But he doesn’t want to step up and do it and doesn’t want the heat. So it seems like the NY office is getting mixed messages.
Even on KFC Radio today, he said to Feits that he wished Barstool could be a place for developing people but that’s just not what it’s going to be. Feits disagreed with him and KFC immediately changed his point to agree with Feits.

You know what the difference is between Chicago and NYC? Big Cat literally dressed up like a chick from the waist down to help promote one of his employees content. He always shows up to streams and is constantly involved in everything going on in Chicago.
Meanwhile, you got KFC in NYC who literally had a flagship radio program go sideways after he didn’t want to do it anymore, gave the three people who took over no heads up, then not only doesn’t help them but piles on about the critiques against them instead of helping them.
NYC is a rudderless ship with a oblivious captain and first mate (Gaz), who looks uncomfortable making any personnel or leadership decisions.

Klemmer is spot on about leadership....
Compare Jerry's arch madness to Klemmers RatRace... the foot thing was fucking weird and would have gone down as a slightly creepy thing Jerry once did, but Dan put himself into the competition and now its a memorable moment. Dan recognised it wasn't going to be great then essentially saved the effort by himself.
Compare the Rat Race which Klemmer did with C list talent (at best) and is now sitting at 109K views on youtube, did Dave ever say anything good about it? it cost nothing and was successful with none of the real personalities at the company as the participants... every time he was asked about it Dave almost seemed pissed off that it was a success!!!

Dear Dave, Kirk, and everyone else. Being in Solitary is incredibly hard. You lose track of time. Sometimes 3hrs feels like 10 and sometimes 10hrs feels like 3. Add that with the boredom, the screwed up bio-clock due to no sunlight, of course he slept.
Crazy how clueless dave is. Klemmer needed to be told it was 2pm. He had no idea what time it was.
