The first time I ever heard Rockapella was years ago on the Mark & Brian radio show. They performed this song and I was blown away. It still blows me away.
wish i knew what the editor(s) was thinking when editing this. the way its done, to me its like the camera has ADHD with how it never stays focused for more then a few seconds and changes from color to black and white. Makes me wonder if their Bed of nails music video was inspired from this in some fashion actually. not a bad job at all, just pointing out some interesting observations. it makes it fun to watch over and over again.

I love this version of this song thanks for posting yeah I heard this on the game show in final round the map round.
Oh man! That was an awesome piece of nostalgia!
I just realized that the backup sounds they make are the same ones used in the map scenes from WITWICS!
I was today years old when I found that out too.
@@captainsworld1986 it makes me wonder if the other songs like the song introducing greg lee every episode was from other songs.
And the title theme, of course.
Thanks SO much for uploading this! made my whole year!
these guys killed on Star Search, i always hated that they never got more mainstream success.
The Final Round of “ Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego “ !!!!!!
This was from a Whoopi Goldberg comedy special back in '91. When I saw it I was so impressed. By the way.... yes Whoopi used to be a comedian. lol

They sound bland without the beatbox
they didnt have jeff thacher here this is when they were starting out
@@briansullivan5100 true, but even before Jeff joined, they'd occasionally have an off camera beatboxer on Carmen Sandiego
