How green can one expect this to become eventually? I see lots of small trees. Is this the final size or do you expect these trees to grow manyfold? Where would you rate the greenery let's say when compared to something like Al Barari?
Hi lucy, I was trying to find a video i'm sure you made months ago about Emaar South Golf Links Villa???? I remember being impressed by the spacing between homes aswell as the plot size and interior size. But i couldnt find it!. I Was trying to compare both communities.

@varunarya7269 it's a brand new community and needs 5 years plus. Al Barari is a 12 year old community so has had more time to mature.
These are midget trees. They don't grow at all lol .. they are trees, of course they will grow 😂

Master community is Dubai South...and then various developers bought land here
