When I tried a boarding school, there was a bug where the students weren't counted as being in school the next day if they had slept overnight on the lot. Don't know if they fixed it.
Oooh I will have to find this out
If they haven’t fixed it, you can do my method where the dorms are a separate lot close by, I’ve found that to work great.
You can also then separate the dorms so the students you want to play with live in one, and filler teens in another without you having to take care of them!
Scooby Doo and The Ghoul School is my roman empire, having someone else acknowledge it's existence and making me realise it wasn't just some fever dream is crazy to me
I loved that movie so much! I loved the girls and thought they should have made a comeback. Like they've made some unofficial sequels to some of the other parts of Scooby-Doo, why not the Ghoul School too?
To this day, my sister still tells me that I sometimes laugh like Revolta. It’s both a happy and sad moment for me. 🤣
I love that Werewolves and Vampires seemingly share a bathroom, I can see Werewolves leaving blinds open to annoy the Vamps and them leaving pouches of plasma everywhere.
the one teachers bedroom you weren't sure about could be the one human teacher who didn't quite realize what job they took until they showed up!

The ghosts and sheets thing is probably from the funeral shroud, which was/is like a sheet or veil they put over the body.

as someone who did go to a British boarding school sharing dorms is pretty normal. Mine was one of those big old buildings they converted and some rooms where singles and some up to 6. Generally they were for 2 or 3 people. I did tour other boarding and generally the ones were designed with either all shared or a mix

If you made a household of mostly teens, you could have all of them in the boarding school! I’ve sent multiple teens to HS before and it lets me follow all of them. 🤷🏻♀️

Hope your family heal well and quickly. 🙏 Ghosts in sheets: The root of it lies in the fact that, up until the 19th century, the dead were almost always wrapped in burial shrouds, rather than placed in coffins. In poorer families, the recently deceased were simply wrapped up in the sheet from their death bed, and secured inside by a knot tied at either end. Also ghostly apparitions were always white....so you'd see em in the dark 😁 👻

Ghosts and sheets is due to the fact that after death usually people will drape belongings in the house with sheets to protect from dust, the association of ghosts wearong them has been around for a while, think first featured in a movie in the 30s and copied by hundreds of movies after, probably most famous/recent reference is Beetlejuice tho 8:35

Then you roll how big the room will be and try to make it all fit. If it doesn’t you have to use the items in another room or you end up with a massive room with like 4 items.

I spent a week building a witchy/magical boarding school to replace the EA one, which was difficult considering I don't have ANY occult packs 💀 students dont use their desks and all just sit on the ground except for ONE lucky student that has the right combination of brain cells to figure out how to use a desk each class period lmao

Teachers should not be near the students -> also that teacher to student ratio is crazy good. BUT you missed out gworl, because the upstairs was giving me BIIIIG St Trinians vibe - or even Madaline, where the beds are just in a line. I'd have done two classrooms downstairs, 1 library + computer lab and then a common room upstairs. Def putting this in my save file - I don't play with occults but it's becoming a all girls school for sure.
