Part of TruckersMP players should have less than 18 years and we have everything, some to troll, others to play seriously. We still have many players that drive carefully, but the road of calais Duisburg will never change. In other parts of the map, its more rare to have accidents

Ich finde es zwar gut, dass TruckersMP mal aus "Polizei"-Sicht transparent gemacht wird, jedoch wird dadurch leider auch deutlich wie teilweise willkürlich Sperrungen und Co. erfolgen. Meldet einige Fahrer wegen "rücksichtslosem Fahren" und hält sich dann noch nicht mal selbst an die StVO. Ich wurde mal blockiert, weil ich an einer grünen Ampel hielt, um den Kreuzungsbereich freizuhalten. Echt schrecklich, dass wohl jede Flasche doch Rechte erhalten kann.

The thing is that the car is with a truck engine, reason why it's showing 60km/h as the speed limit. However, we don't really enforce speed limit at TruckersMP, everyone can drive at the speed they want if it's not that slow considered to be blocking and if they are driving at high speeds, they should not cause direct danger to the players around. In the past TMP had no speed limit, then we got 180km/h or 150km/h and right now it's 110km/h. --- "especially when it comes to new players. " - I agree, I play this game for several years, but great part of the player base of TruckersMP are as well new players. However, the thing is to speed up most of the times the process since they are blocked. We see a lot as well collisions happening where players instead of leaving in a proper time the zone, the first thing they do is opening the chat and saying: "rec ban 1492", for example. --- About the third part, without video context is hard to understand what happened, but if you were just stopped, that's mostly only kickable at max. But I really had to review the evidence for context. It was in the past unlimited, but at this point doesnt make sense having that speed. This is not a racing game, but still TruckersMP provides a server limited to 150km/h and other unlimited which is arcade.

Yes, we staffs apply bans because it's funny. As you can see, everyone that appears in my front I'm banning and I'm sharing that in the internet... come on, seriously. Firstly, the road speed limit is 80km/h, not 110km/h. There was no effort in slowing down and in this case I had the police lights on, but even if I hadn't, you can't do that. The ban is more than justified.

You can overtake on this side but the line on the other side indicates that you are not allowed to overtake on the opposite way of traffic. Here's the timestamp of the truck that you banned because he overtook legally. 15:19 You mods need more training when it comes to laws and different signs etc. I understand that you need to ''roleplay realistically'' but god damn, to overtake legally and get banned for it? It's like as if you get pulled over and arrested for absolutely nothing.
Hello drippy. Before saying I dont know the traffic laws etc. etc. please try to understand the situation. While I understand your point and the road in fact allows you to overtake, TruckersMP rules have written in the rule 2 and 2.4, that in areas with more than 25 players and places that have a traffic jam, even if the road allows you to overtake, you cant overtake because theres a traffic jam. So the ban is correct and is not a fact of me not knowing the road laws. Players before playing accepted that they read the rules, so they should know that they cant overtake under these conditions. I know great part doesnt read, but its written and we apply the rules based on the patterns TruckersMP has. Hope you understand after this explanation, but you can check those 2 rules, in this case. in truckers mp i dont like the speed limit just 110 at least 200 would be nice
It was in the past unlimited, but at this point doesnt make sense having that speed. This is not a racing game, but still TruckersMP provides a server limited to 150km/h and other unlimited which is arcade.

20:37 the driver of the white semi was taking that curve way too quick which resulted in him doing flips into the forest thus damaging his truck/trailer and whatever cargo they were hauling. You will never see me driving like that in ATS TruckersMP

Firstly, the road speed limit is 80km/h, not 110km/h. There was no effort in slowing down and in this case I had the police lights on, but even if I hadn't, you can't do that. The ban is more than justified.

You can overtake on this side but the line on the other side indicates that you are not allowed to overtake on the opposite way of traffic. You mods need more training when it comes to laws and different signs etc. I understand that you need to ''roleplay realistically'' but god damn, to overtake legally and get banned for it? It's like as if you get pulled over and arrested for absolutely nothing.
Hello drippy. Before saying I dont know the traffic laws etc. etc. please try to understand the situation. While I understand your point and the road in fact allows you to overtake, TruckersMP rules have written in the rule 2 and 2.4, that in areas with more than 25 players and places that have a traffic jam, even if the road allows you to overtake, you cant overtake because theres a traffic jam. So the ban is correct and is not a fact of me not knowing the road laws. Players before playing accepted that they read the rules, so they should know that they cant overtake under these conditions. I know great part doesnt read, but its written and we apply the rules based on the patterns TruckersMP has. Hope you understand after this explanation, but you can check those 2 rules, in this case.
