if you keep a safe distance and follow the speed limit, you can always stop, in the game even more so then the real world since breaks is much more powerful in the game.

You add a speed rule, you cut down the majority of these incidents. I can't take it serious if I'm getting banned because one wheel is still in the road, yet someone can overtake me at 120km/h, no indicators, no lights and that's fine. That, along with no AI is why truckersmp never appealed to me.

Meldet einige Fahrer wegen "rücksichtslosem Fahren" und hält sich dann noch nicht mal selbst an die StVO. Ich wurde mal blockiert, weil ich an einer grünen Ampel hielt, um den Kreuzungsbereich freizuhalten. Echt schrecklich, dass wohl jede Flasche doch Rechte erhalten kann.

Manche können da evtl. empfindlich reagieren - gerade wenn es sich um neue Spieler handelt. Ich wurde sogar mal gebannt, weil ich angeblich eine grüne Ampel blockierte. The thing is that the car is with a truck engine, reason why it's showing 60km/h as the speed limit. However, we don't really enforce speed limit at TruckersMP, everyone can drive at the speed they want if it's not that slow considered to be blocking and if they are driving at high speeds, they should not cause direct danger to the players around. In the past TMP had no speed limit, then we got 180km/h or 150km/h and right now it's 110km/h. --- "especially when it comes to new players. " - I agree, I play this game for several years, but great part of the player base of TruckersMP are as well new players. However, the thing is to speed up most of the times the process since they are blocked. We see a lot as well collisions happening where players instead of leaving in a proper time the zone, the first thing they do is opening the chat and saying: "rec ban 1492", for example. --- About the third part, without video context is hard to understand what happened, but if you were just stopped, that's mostly only kickable at max. But I really had to review the evidence for context. You can anyway create a feedback ticket at Game Moderation Management when it happens to request a review of the case, if you created a ban appeal, it was rejected and you still don't agree with the case. --- Have a nice week.

You can overtake on this side but the line on the other side indicates that you are not allowed to overtake on the opposite way of traffic. Here's the timestamp of the truck that you banned because he overtook legally. 15:19 You mods need more training when it comes to laws and different signs etc. I understand that you need to ''roleplay realistically'' but god damn, to overtake legally and get banned for it? It's like as if you get pulled over and arrested for absolutely nothing.

While I understand your point and the road in fact allows you to overtake, TruckersMP rules have written in the rule 2 and 2.4, that in areas with more than 25 players and places that have a traffic jam, even if the road allows you to overtake, you cant overtake because theres a traffic jam. So the ban is correct and is not a fact of me not knowing the road laws. Players before playing accepted that they read the rules, so they should know that they cant overtake under these conditions. I know great part doesnt read, but its written and we apply the rules based on the patterns TruckersMP has. Hope you understand after this explanation, but you can check those 2 rules, in this case. Yes, we staffs apply bans because it's funny. As you can see, everyone that appears in my front I'm banning and I'm sharing that in the internet... come on, seriously. Firstly, the road speed limit is 80km/h, not 110km/h. There was no effort in slowing down and in this case I had the police lights on, but even if I hadn't, you can't do that. The ban is more than justified.

It was in the past unlimited, but at this point doesnt make sense having that speed. This is not a racing game, but still TruckersMP provides a server limited to 150km/h and other unlimited which is arcade.
Part of his trailer was on the road while he was parked and can be dangerous for other players coming behind due to that. But instead of teleporting and sending the player back to the city, a kick was applied so he can login again when he is back at the same place.
So the rules for this game is you need to be a 100% good driver, no skips no accidents. Man all i know is ima join this and lag out and crash then get banned lol. Cant you talk with them before banning, just to see what they say? You are in a police/admin car so why not roleplay a pullover? Also isn't a broken line meaning you can pass the truck if its clear? you banned the dude that was passing in a broken line zone? You can get banned for the littlest thing but speeding isnt bannable, very weird tbh lol. Where can i read the rules for this server anyways is seems all over the place too me.

All you said are valid points, but that's why it's important knowing the basic TruckersMP rules which for more similar they can be to real life, they are different in so many ways, and the issue is that most of the people playing out there never read or pretended to read, and then complain for a bad management. "Cant you talk with them before banning, just to see what they say?" - Moderators can chat before banning, still, that's not done, because accidents are punished, being it accidental, negligence or intentional. So there's not much to chat, it happened, it's punished. I can say to be careful, but if it happens in front of me, I will have to punish anyway and most of the times, specially if I'm driving, there are zones I can't stop to chat or anything else. But I have done many time before warning players as visible in other videos, instead of banning. But this way of handling the things is not because I want, it's because the TruckersMP rules work in that way. In 1 year you can get 3 bans/accidents. At your 4th, your ban will be extended to 1 month and at 5th your ban will be extended to 3 months. So if it was accidental, mostly you won't have accidents again. But in general, you are not supposed to have accidents. They can happen, but like in real life, you aren't supposed to have accidents. The game at this platform is to be played under the rules players accepted, so if they want to play online here, they need to comply with it. That's why also exists SCS Convoy Mode where you can create your own server and play with your friends while crashing into others etc. and I recommend it if you want to have your own rules, but if you are using third party services, you need to comply with the rules there. "You are in a police/admin car so why not roleplay a pullover?" - 70% of the times I'm working on reports, not actually driving, but about that, we have internal rules / procedures to be followed. That's why bans, things, actions etc are not random, but one person gets a ban and they complain. Sometimes it would be also difficulty, the player is on the opposite lane, I need to reverse and chase him. It could be dangerous. "Also isn't a broken line meaning you can pass the truck if its clear" - TruckersMP doesn't allow you to overtake in areas with more than 25 players, which is the case you are talking about, including traffic jams. About the third part, without video context is hard to understand what happened, but if you were just stopped, that's mostly only kickable at max. But I really had to review the evidence for context. You can anyway create a feedback ticket at Game Moderation Management when it happens to request a review of the case, if you created a ban appeal, it was rejected and you still don't agree with the case.

Es freut mich trotzdem durch diese Videos Einsicht zu erhalten, dass inzwischen offensichtlich mehr Wert darauf gelegt wird, einen zivilisierten Umgang zwischen den einzelnen Parteien herzustellen. Als ich das letzte Mal TruckersMP spielte - wohlgemerkt schon einige Jahre her - fühlte man sich wie in einer Anarchie. Der von mir persönlich genannte Vorfall liegt deswegen auch entsprechend schon länger zurück, weswegen ein Einspruch sinnlos wäre - der Bann ist inzwischen auch schon seit einiger Zeit wieder aufgehoben. Aktuell warte ich nur darauf, dass TruckersMP für die 1.51 freigegeben wird. Dann werde ich diesen Mehrspieler mal wieder ausprobieren.
Wenn wieder etwas vorfallen sollte, dann weiß ich jetzt glücklicherweise, an wen ich mich wenden kann. Danke.

Hello drippy. Before saying I dont know the traffic laws etc. etc. please try to understand the situation. While I understand your point and the road in fact allows you to overtake, TruckersMP rules have written in the rule 2 and 2.4, that in areas with more than 25 players and places that have a traffic jam, even if the road allows you to overtake, you cant overtake because theres a traffic jam. So the ban is correct and is not a fact of me not knowing the road laws. Players before playing accepted that they read the rules, so they should know that they cant overtake under these conditions. I know great part doesnt read, but its written and we apply the rules based on the patterns TruckersMP has. Hope you understand after this explanation, but you can check those 2 rules, in this case. Firstly, the road speed limit is 80km/h, not 110km/h. There was no effort in slowing down and in this case I had the police lights on, but even if I hadn't, you can't do that. The ban is more than justified.

It was in the past unlimited, but at this point doesnt make sense having that speed. This is not a racing game, but still TruckersMP provides a server limited to 150km/h and other unlimited which is arcade.

So the rules for this game is you need to be a 100% good driver, no skips no accidents. Man all i know is ima join this and lag out and crash then get banned lol. Cant you talk with them before banning, just to see what they say? You are in a police/admin car so why not roleplay a pullover? Also isn't a broken line meaning you can pass the truck if its clear? you banned the dude that was passing in a broken line zone? You can get banned for the littlest thing but speeding isnt bannable, very weird tbh lol. Where can i read the rules for this server anyways is seems all over the place too me.

All you said are valid points, but that's why it's important knowing the basic TruckersMP rules which for more similar they can be to real life, they are different in so many ways, and the issue is that most of the people playing out there never read or pretended to read, and then complain for a bad management.

- Moderators can chat before banning, still, that's not done, because accidents are punished, being it accidental, negligence or intentional. So there's not much to chat, it happened, it's punished. I can say to be careful, but if it happens in front of me, I will have to punish anyway and most of the times, specially if I'm driving, there are zones I can't stop to chat or anything else. But I have done many time before warning players as visible in other videos, instead of banning. But this way of handling the things is not because I want, it's because the TruckersMP rules work in that way. In 1 year you can get 3 bans/accidents. At your 4th, your ban will be extended to 1 month and at 5th your ban will be extended to 3 months. So if it was accidental, mostly you won't have accidents again. But in general, you are not supposed to have accidents. They can happen, but like in real life, you aren't supposed to have accidents. The game at this platform is to be played under the rules players accepted, so if they want to play online here, they need to comply with it. That's why also exists SCS Convoy Mode where you can create your own server and play with your friends while crashing into others etc. and I recommend it if you want to have your own rules, but if you are using third party services, you need to comply with the rules there.

- 70% of the times I'm working on reports, not actually driving, but about that, we have internal rules / procedures to be followed. That's why bans, things, actions etc are not random, but one person gets a ban and they complain. Sometimes it would be also difficulty, the player is on the opposite lane, I need to reverse and chase him. It could be dangerous.

- TruckersMP doesn't allow you to overtake in areas with more than 25 players, which is the case you are talking about, including traffic jams. If any of those conditions applies, even if the road allows you to overtake, you can't overtake. That's why it's important the rules knowledge and a ban was applied.

the guy in the white truck had a hack on which is called no clip turned it off when he saw the admin resulting in the massive flip he should be permantly banned for that
