    材料 ingredients
    1包米粉(浸泡5分钟)1 pack of meehoon (soak 5 mins)
    1碗芋头切丁 1 bowl of yam (cut to cubes)
    30-40g虾米 30-40g dried shrimps
    2粒鸡蛋 2 eggs
    菜心 Choy sum
    2汤匙蒜米 2tbsp minced garlic
    2汤匙酱油 2 tbsp soy sauce
