This is interesting! First time someone adds something insightful to the cap rising discussion beyond the cliches! I would add that as a parentified child there is an aspect to wanting to have someone finally take care of you and your dreams. So you keep playing the parental supportive role to others and kind of wait around for a “parent” to finally become the support system your family should have been but never was. I believe there is a subconscious success sabotage as a means of an inner child saying: look what you did to me. If you just became successful, the suffering you went through in childhood wouldn’t get highlighted. I believe this is all a result of the parentification.
As a Capricorn rising I have never had anyone take the time to understand me like this and actually try to tailor make advice for me. Thank you ❤ Maybe that’s what’s missing for us
Thank you, I usually feel like I make everyone who I spent a long time w, more blessings for them, than for myself. The good karma I built for my selves just given away. Thank you for validating that even though other choices present themselves, they’re not actually for me if it’s not what I really want. My parents always want me to change direction from whatever I’m doing currently, a consistent distrust even if I do what they say. It just means I need to learn to stick to my ground of what I want. If someone doesn’t want to support my lifestyle, ok bye to them. I’ve done it many a times, just sometimes my feelings self sabotage me and now you have told me that I can mold myself. Again, thank you.
I believe it might also be a vulnerability issue. Cap risings probability are big on avoiding being vulnerable in front of others. So they express themselves indirectly and hope to be saved by someone who cares enough. This usually never happens, because they are not vulnerable enough for people to feel empathy with them so that reinforces that belief: no one is there for me, I’m on my own, people never help me, the world is tough and difficult… something along those lines….

I’ve also found that my subconscious always gravitates and accomplishes the thing I am not supposed to do or don’t want to do. F.ex. Don’t be poor, guess what: I’ll be poor. I find that I can only achieve something if I tell myself: DON’T achieve that. And then it works. Weird right? Anyone else?
