I do get the point you're trying to make about an apparent double-standard, but, as someone beholden to the UCMJ, saying certain things, in a particular way, would be adding a UCMJ violation to any other charges he may or may not be facing... No serving officer is going to willingly do that.
I believe it a fair observation, taking that into consideration, to say that he answered as candidly as was possible, for someone in his position/situation, and did so significantly more candidly, than Mayorkas... 👍👍👍👍

That's been done before when Covid Restrictions were in place when Trump kept the Border at bay, if Biden didn't take away those Restrictions away it could have been manageable to a point, but the Border problem has been going on longer than before most presidents been in office. The Influx of immigrants into this country has gotten out of control thanks to the Now sitting president and VP. They won't do anything to rectify their fuck up, maybe if Biden or Kamala would get off their Asses and Focus on the Border a bit more we wouldn't have to ask DHS or the Generals of the Military about Border issues.

Notice how Austin calls terrorists "transnational criminals" and yet federal government agencies call US citizens that use free speech to voice their concerns for their children's education "domestic terrorists". Our government has failed our country, its is attacking US citizens and they have identified us as terrorists while the real terrorists are called criminals.
Title 42 suspends all title 8 laws and authority use to deter and penalize illegal border crossing. The Right is using it to undermine legal asylum under 8 US code 1158. It also suspends 8 US code 1325; the misdemeanor that carries a civil penalty for crossing the border illegally. And 8 US code 1326; stiffer penalties for crossing the border.
That leaves out any legal penalty or deterrent for those crossing and stops legal asylum, with few exceptions under title 42. Makes it difficult to enforce immigration laws when Republicans are fighting in court to undermine our legal enforcement. With title 42 suspending enforcement that means many immigrants recross multiple times causing apprehension numbers to be inflated. The current rate of multiple returns is about 40% of border crossers.

We need more men and women in Congress like Morgan Luttrell. The only thing better than having Morgan in Congress would be having BOTH him and nis twin brother, Marcus in Congress. "Lone Survivor" (both the movie and book) was Marcus's story, but Morgan was a SEAL as well. Americans owe the Luttrell family a huge debt.

The US military does a great job of protecting the border around Area 51 in Nevada , even the North Korea military does an amazing job of protecting their border with South Korea. Why can't the US military be used for this temporary crisis to SECURE our American borders ?

Milley said it's against the UCMJ for him to negatively comment. However, it wasn't a problem when dozens of generals criticized Trump. FYI, the UCMJ is still enforced when a senior officer is retired. As a result, all of them should have been prosecuted by the military courts and lost their pensions and benefits. Again, laws are different for Republicans.
If Mayorkas is not fired soon I will lose all hope in our government.

I’m glad to be able to see they answered his questions directly. That’s normal communications despite there may be differences in opinions. In contrary, I listen to all of Mayorkas responses last week. 😩 The most maddening and frustrating experience of my life watching any RUclips videos to this day. It was mind boggling he evaded to answer EVERY single question asked. Mayorkas acts just like a con artist really.

I lived in a border state most of my life. Right now about 95% percent of people are turning themselves in at the port of entry and seeking asylum. I have seen a dramatic increase in large narcotic busts, especially fentanyl in the last 12 months.
I am sorry u have to go through that the Biden administration and these two so called military leaders are falling are country and the sad part is there flying them all over the country I live in new jersey and I seen some of them but I stay away because my governor wants to make my state a sanctuary state and I have a learning disabilitie since I was a kid I am 37 years old now I cam still work but not as many hours my mom helped me get medicare but I couldn't get medicade the government basically said screw but they help out the illegal immigrants get what ever they want when they come here it disgusting how they treat us I hope ur doing better
