- Welcome back to Kazoo Fridays! I recently discovered these horn-shaped kazoos from a company called Funomocya. The packaging seems to be similar to some other kazoos I've unboxed in the past. In this video, I compared the horn-shaped kazoo to some others.

It sounds thiner than the others, if that makes sense. You must have a very strange Amazon feed based on things you buy off there
It makes total sense. I think the plug they put into the body of the kazoo limits the flow and it gives it that sound. I'm sure I could remove that but then it would probably sound like every other plastic kazoo so I kinda like the uniqueness. Thanks for checking its out.

I'm still a big fan of Kazoobie kazoos. They've just got a nice warm tone to them. I also really like the Black Owl kazoos. My all-time favorite has to be the Applied Wizarding kazoo though. That thing is amazing.
You are the Kazoo King Kale! That one has a cool trumpet look to it and sounds just as good as the others. What happened to the Cigar Box Nation post?
Thanks Doug. I'm getting more leery about posting non-CBG content on CBN. I feel like some folks seem to not like it when I do that but then... there's just not that much content over there anymore. Ugh. I don't know. I know James O and Derek Rose left CBN because CBGs were a small part of what they posted online and they didn't feel comfortable. I'd much rather see them post the vids, even if they're not CBG-related but I don't think that's a popular opinion of the community.
It isn’t against any of the rules of CBN, as a member you’re able to post whatever you want as long as it’s not pornographic or hate speech? Personally I like the out of the box type videos, it shows that you’re using your imagination!

@@musicalmiscellany it’s too bad they left! I especially liked Derek’s CB videos. My preference is CBG related, but I do enjoy some variety and especially with the creative twist you bring regularly. I have checked out some of the Facebook Cigar Box Guitar groups, but the Facebook interface seems clunky compared to CBN, there is too much duplication to wade through, and they seem more overtly commercial.
@@cbgslinger Yeah, Facebook ruined CBN. Without a doubt. But I also feel like there's a sentiment over there that CBGs are for blues. I don't feel a lot of warmness to new ideas. Needless to say, you and BrianQ are open to other things but I feel like it's not pervasive. Maybe I just need to blaze that trail.
Since the recent upgrade, I've looked back though all my old vids and I have posted a lot of different stuff there. Some vids include synthesizers, effects, drums, didgeridoos, and more. I guess I don't fit into that box and maybe that's a good thing for the site.
