I don’t know if it’s still there but when I lived in Seattle one of the local shopping malls actually had an As Seen on Tv store that only sold items from these infomercials. It had so much cool stuff and some of it actually worked. Lol. I tried more stuff from that store than I’d care to admit.

You wanna test your skills come to NC there’s a rock quarry pound that’s 100ft deep and there’s giants in it biggest recorded was 15lbs but it’s the toughest fishing I’ve ever done you’ll see schools of 3-5 pounders swimming the rock ledges but won’t bite anything

Lol I was fishing a tournament on the Canadian side of Eerie the same day that scandal happened. I’ve never seen news travel faster across a great lake. Before the weigh in drama was done, we already had a livestream at our own weigh in showing us what was going on.
Unfortunately there was no lead in our fish, and we placed third for both the season and the weekend’s tournament.

I keep it neatly tucked into a regular backpack all the time with my fishing gear, and can grab it anytime, put it on my back and go anywhere. I just read in another review that the rod length below the reel is adjustable as well, so I will try that too for even more portability. Probably the best setup I've ever owned. I lost the cap for the eyelets, but no big deal since I still have the black cloth sheath that came for the pole and I use that. Very portable and high quality.

1. Thing that’s very cool about the banjo minnow is that you can skip it across the water. We have a lake that has rock formations around it and during the hot summer months we use to flip the banjo under the rock formations and bass would just smoke them. It was SO fun

I think the twitching lure is the best as seen on tv lure and big jerk baits are probably the best baits in general because they catch big fish like bass. They also catch saltwater fish like Redfish, king mackerel and Yellow fin tuna.
And now every time I’m out on the water I’m gonna be checking the Lilly pads for Norm and Trey with a pocket fishing rod 😂 unrealistic expectations 😂

Hey norm, it would be cool to see a cheap v expensive 1v1 challenge where one person gets a cheap rod and expensive reel, and the other gets an expensive rod and a cheap reel.
You could even do a 1v1v1 where the rod/reel people get a set of 3 standard baits, but the third person gets 3 expensive baits. Like top water, swim, and bottom baits for all 3 but the third person just gets better/more expensive baits.
I think that would be both entertaining to watch and kind of cool as an experiment. I wonder which one makes the biggest difference. Like if you had a cheap combo at home and wanted to upgrade one or the other, is one upgrade better than the other or should you just use your money to buy better bait.
