Bad fuel in the Bahamas has always been an issue. A lot of fuel docks have very old tanks full of crud. A lot of extra filters is a must. But on the bright side, you guys really enjoyed the boat! Enjoy sailing in the Amalfi coast on the Dufour. Thanks for the video.
I was stationed in Naples for 3 years with the Navy so I'm excited to see where I use to call home. I will know all of the places yall sail as we explored the area and took in the AMAZING towns!!! Can't wait to see these videos and how they area has changed since I was there in 2012
Watching you cruise the Bahamas for 6 months in the SeaRay was my favorite content you've ever had. I own a 36 foot flybridge and it was awesome watching all the fun and amazing places you can see on the "tiny" powerboat.
such a beautiful boat, Bobby, but on to bigger and better is the way to go. Italy is so pretty as well. Amanda is a pure rose in my opinion. Be safe always from the Philippines.
Can't believe I have watched every episode since the beginning. I was infatuated with sailing and found Bobby! I have never sailed before but can't wait to do it some day.
When changing oil filters it is very important to fill the filter with oil before you screw it back on. There is a tremendous amount of wear when restarting the engine after a oil change and having that extra liter in the filter already makes a big difference in longevity. CHEERS AND FAIR WINDS Steve h
O'Reilly's has clear threader and/or barbed inline fuel filters for $9. We've used them for the last 865,000 miles on the Peterbilt with a Cummins Onan generator slung underneath
Another Great episode Bobby & Amanda! Cannot wait to see the week in Italy. Hopefully, you can sail because usually the Med is lacking the wind. I love Italy. Been there many times. (My heritage) I am looking forward to seeing Croatia. I traveled extensively throughout Europe but not to Croatia. Getting close to the new Cat delivery!!!
One thing that has become crystal clear to me watching these videos with Bobby is that you better be one of those guy's that has skills if you want to own a boat. What do I mean by that?! One of those guys that still actually changes the oil in his car, he doesn't have someone else do it for him. If the kitchen sink clogs up he fixes it himself. No matter what it is he does it himself instead of calling someone else to do it. Those guys don't really exist anymore. It takes a huge amount of skill, knowledge and work to own a boat. Bobby has it, 99.999% of men today do not!
haha wow! thanks! living on a boat you kind of need to know how to do all those things. Even if you wanted to pay someone to do those things, you can't alwasy find someone to pay!
@Sailingdoodles You're welcome! It takes a lot of skill, intelligence and hard work to do what you do. You're very old school. Not many men like you exist today. Most men today barely know how to put gas in their car. I was a service technician for 40 years so I know how to work on things but even still, you impress the Hell out of me with what you're able to do.

@user-mh6wy7cd3d I agree that if you own a yacht, yes you will have a crew that does absolutely everything for you but if you own a small boat the size of Bobbies, there is no engineer coming with it. You better have some real skills or you're f*cked!
Dude, you live the ultimate life must be nice. I work six days a week and couldn’t even pay my mortgage this month how expensive everything has gotten.
How do you even get anything to live with that beautiful thing I’ve been watching your channel for several years. I don’t see how you stay focused Bobby I have no idea. Hi you can stay focused on that boat with her on there. Lol.
Sorry Bobby, I know I'm probably being a weinie, but MAN I hate to see the SeaRay content come to an end. I've probably enjoyed that more than anything. Glad you did it and I'll still be watching!
I'm at 4:37 into the video, and you just changed the fuel pump. ...But since the fuel pump wasn't really the problem, did you end up wasting the fuel pump that was in there? LOL
Bobby congratulations on your success, well done my man. I am so very jealous of all the beautiful women that populate your videos. Unbelievable!!! I came for the sailing videos then got hooked on the beautiful women, Thank you for everything you do for us guys.
VERY familiar with Stuart and Sailors Return restaurant, nice place and pretty cheap mooring field. Did they ever get a town mooring field in the manatee pocket and in Jensen Beach?
I've followed you for quite a while. I love the energy and chemistry of you and Amanda. Thanks for sharing. Safe travels. 🙏😊
@@michaelhalstead5641 was that before or after, never mind. Love the energy and chemistry between another couple???

Italy is on my bucket list, thanks to you, Bobby!!! I remember the time you were with Steve and Loretta on Sol Mate. It looked awesome!!!
Bucket list? Cliche.. just get on a flight.
Great to see you are sailing again. Amalfi coast is going to be quite an adventure. Looking forward to it.
Years of doing this oil change, why didn't I think of that! Glad I watched.
Stuart, FL is where I live! Love to see you guys here.
Love to see you sailing again
Hi Bobby and Amanda. Looking forward to the new adventures in the Med. Congrats on selling the Searay!
Oh nice! The video starts really well with "Let's Dance" from David Bowie! Niiiice edit as always Captain Bobby! Rock on!
Exciting Med. tour coming up! - Cheers!

Good find on the screen Bobby. Liking the David Bowie Lets Dance. Great record and the debut of Stevie Ray Vaughn. 🎸🎸
Italy 🇮🇹 Amalfi coast
Very nice area to sail.
That should bring us beautiful videos.
Good choice Bobby !! 👍🏻

do a flotilla that Bobby hosts we just got back from the one he hosted in Croatia and it was awesome!!!!!

Bobby I’ve been here since about the 5th or 6th video…love the channel…can’t wait to see this new adventure! The med vids are always fun!!
Congrats on the Sale Bobby! And the Sail....in Italy!!!!
It's great that you can jump from vessel to vessel and master things in a flash, can't wait to see you finally on your new Cat!

Back swinging on the high seas
That's actually very reasonable for that level of experience, even split two-ways.
Always pour oil in filter when possible. Helps prime it up.
Nice video, guys! Great seeing you in CO--maybe next time in Thailand😀
The beautiful amanda always helps
Amanda’s looking lovely as always.
Bobby I have been watching your videos really enjoyed WOW 👍👍
I just heard this song in Behind Enemy Lines when he's ripping around in the f18

I prefer you sailing. Cause I feel you also educate us on sailing.
Definitely living the dream.
Good thing you sold the “headache” 340. The SeaRay 340 was a maintenance horror show.
Amanda must been cheer leader with her boat jump .😂 Boats a good size for after work boating or weekends . Or jumping to close island marinas.
Very cool adventures!
Just like the mechanic told Bonney and Clide " dirt in the fuel line ".
My mate has the same boat, great size sailboat and super ez
Hey Bobby try to run some seafoam through the engine. Get 2 cans of if and let it run for a while and high rpms. It should clean the fuel system
Hey Bobby just a little tip. You should fill the filter w oil before you install it! Cheers!
Wow! Boats & Bowie. Doesnt get much better.😎
👍✅🤣🏝👙👏Always fun with you two! Good to be sailing again.
4:55 Have to use Taylor's Canadianism - "We're goin' fer a Rip!"

Swapping from a motor boat to a sail boat in the MED…best of luck 😅

Bowie was a good choice 😅
Flying to Taiwan in the morning
I don't think a bad fuel problem would just be affecting just 1 engine. More than likely something going on with fuel flow to that engine.
Should have checked the other side screen on other fuel pump
lol- hope the new owner watches the vid and adds another prefilter.
About time you got off the porch...
Damn Bobby the marine mechanic... lol...
You are right about the bad design. You need a 100 micron filter, pre-pump and a 10 micron, post-pump to avoid any problems like you're having.
Sorry Bobby, I know I'm probably being a weinie, but MAN I hate to see the SeaRay content come to an end. I've probably enjoyed that more than anything. Glad you did it and I'll still be watching!
Licensing real tunes? Faaaaaancy! Cheers.
Positano is awesome!
It sounds like a filter like an old style stone bowl (so you can see inside) could be installed ahead of the pump maybe?
Looking forward to some new scenery. Only negative is you cut out the SRV solo on Bowie, not sure if they'll let you back into Texas. Ha ha.
I'm at 4:37 into the video, and you just changed the fuel pump. ...But since the fuel pump wasn't really the problem, did you end up wasting the fuel pump that was in there? LOL
Looks similar to the Spear It Animal, before they redid the interior

A wonderful life ! Enjoy yourselves 😊
Take a day trip to Pompeii, amazing
Wouldn’t it be wise to change both fuel filters at same time so they balance up the same especially if they both feed from the same tank .uk👍
Love the song and need to see your new ride
Should change the fuel filter too!
Back to sailing!!
Yup!
Awesome. I was really concerned that we were going to experience a considerable lapse in Bikini Viewing.
Stuart My home town the best.
Nice video. Thanks.
To be fair you did a lot of 20 kt runs. That’s heavy gallons per mile. Seemed like a pretty cool 34.
Happy sailing in the Med! Looking forward to seeing you in Annapolis in October. Will the new Cat be there? Hope so. Leo Gorman of Washington DC
Hey Leo, it should be there. Will have confirmation in the next few days I hope
High pressure feul pump
Sad to see the SeaRay go, I love the Sundancers. But I’m excited to see you sailing again. Hows the new Boat? Delivery date set?
Nice
What do you think about having field cells like an airplane VS a fuel?Think the feel so would be a lot better idea
Fuel in the Bahamas anywhere is notoriously questionable
Bobby, snake the fuel line back to the tank. It’ll clear the line, but the crap will still be in the tank.
Swear I saw Amanda on a frisco jeep commercial lol
Incredible image quality. Good job.
6Qt, my 2002 8.1 holds 9QT
Would placing a women’s stocking over the fuel nozzle while filling up the boat filter the bad fuel?
I must have missed it. Why is the new boat not done, are they still getting it. I never hear it mentioned.
Is there a recommendation on how to get certified / licensed to captain your own Med boat rent?
Groovy video. Seems somewhat tight but still enough room for open minded adults to have a gas.
I grew up in stuart just 3 miles from where you were eating. Nice place but to many people these days,
What trawler would you choose?
Fuel filters?
