    I always appreciate seeing anything historical but especially Oregon Trail. Thanks for taking us there and for the wildflower and grasses shots too! Enjoyed the soundtrack too!

    Gorges are usually pretty deep with steep angled walls. Washes in AZ, Arroyos in NM, and I forget what Texas calls them, but they're not usually as deep as a gorge. Seeing those ruts was incredible. History visited in person makes it all the more real.

    Robert, thanks for taking us along!!
    The Gooseberry Badlands between Worland and Meeteetsee has been redone by the state and is very nice, with lots of hoodoos and great formations. Might be something nice to show and explore?

      We only came across these sites not too long ago when we stopped at a rest area down there and saw a sign. Somehow I had never heard about them before!
