Hays Inlet on the Pine

With a gap in the recent weather, we got out on the Pine River and explored Hays Inlet, a great little fishery on the Northside of Brisvegas.
Hays inlet is a shallow water fishery and at times, a productive one at that. Cut off from most boat traffic at low tide, it’s an excellent kayak option.
Come with us as we go chasing a few flathead with some tips for beach launching and a little on targeting these tasty estuary dwellers, there’s even a surprise or two with what we manage to pick up on the troll!
