"Colony Cecilienhöhe" and "New Colony Cecilienhöhe" in Potsdam

I discovered more settlements on a bike tour in Potsdam.
The "Colony Cecilienhöhe" was founded by the Potsdam workers' building association in 1904 and is the first residential complex designed by the architect Paul Mebes. About 20 years later, the "New Colony Cecilienhöhe" followed, architect Alfred Broderson.
Both settlements are listed monuments, but the old settlement is still owned by the cooperative, while buildings in the second settlement have been privatized.

Als Berliner selbst finde ich es spannend einen anderen Blick auf diese Stadt zu werfen! Mich würde daher interessieren wie du Hellersdorf (Marzahn-Hellersdorf) in einem Video vorstellen würdest.
Vielleicht komme ich irgendwann noch dazu, mich mit den einzelnen Bezirken. Momentan habe ich kaum Zeit für die Erstellung von Videos und es gibt noch ganz viele andere Themen, die mich gerade beschäftigen
