The Warning Reaction! ''DUST TO DUST'' (Live at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX 08 29 2022)
Absolutely EPIC live performance!!
These sisters are the Queens of the music scene!
Viva The Warning!! ⚡⚡⚡
Paulina destroying the drums while singing like is nobody's business, Ale's grooving and driving the song with the iconic riff and Dany's wailing while playing the riff at the end it's just one legendary performance!
Great reaction! The song "23" from this same concert is another look at the drumming and singing skills of Pau.
"Dust to Dust" is the opening track of their second studio album, "Queen of the Murder Scene", a concept album that tells the story of a love struck girl who becomes obsessed with someone. When she is rejected by that person, she spirals into insanity and murders not only that person but others as well. It ends when the grim reaper comes for her for doing the reaper's job. This album was released in November, 2018 when they were 13, 16, and 18 years of age.
This year alone they have played a sold out 19 show European / UK tour, played with Band Maid in Tokyo, and are now in Europe / UK / Ireland playing headlining shows and festivals. They will be performing at WACKEN Open Air Festival in Germany, the largest metal festival in the world. In October they will tour with Halestorm and Evanescence. In 2022 they toured with Halestorm, The Pretty Reckless, and Lilith Czar for nearly 40 shows. At the Irving show Lzzy Hale presented Daniela with a white custom Gibson "Explorer" guitar.
They have done 9 shows with Muse in Mexico and the UK. Matt Bellamy presented Daniela with a yellow custom Manson "Oryx" guitar.
They will start 2025 with two shows at the Auditoria National in Mexico City with a 10k capacity. The Feb. 6 show was sold out in less than a week.
In 2017 after the release of their first studio album, "XXI Century Blood" they were invited to open for Def Leppard at the Foro Sol stadium (approx. 50k capacity) in Mexico City. Alejandra was 12 (bass), Paulina 15 (drums), and Daniela 17 (guitar) at the time. DL didn't know who they were. When the manager saw these three young girls walk onto the stage he thought they were just going to do a karaoke kind of thing. He thought they were so cute so he stayed to watch them. When they played for real, original songs on real instruments they were invited by Def Leppard to open for them in Guadalajara, and would open a third time for DL at the Mother of All Rock Festivals in Monterrey later that year.
Yeah, they have been playing large venues since they were very young with famous bands.
I love this song, featuring our favorite singing drummer, Paulina Villarreal!
Pau is a (literal) little dynamo! ♥
The venue is an old movie theater that seats 3000 and is in Mexico City. They played there two nights - a Friday and a Monday. The complete concert video has the best of both nights.
Simply the most EPIC concert I have ever seen or heard in 60 years of listening to and attending concerts (several dozen). Top of the List!!! without any doubts.
I also recommend "23" from that same concert! the power and emotion Pau transmits in her songs is just AMAZING
I’ve just got back from seeing The Warning live at Rock City, Nottingham and they rocked hard even though Pau had a fever. It was an amazing night.
This is the best show to watch to get to know The Warning . .
Along with the Lunario show . .
This song . . Dust to Dust is the first song from The Warnings concept album . Queen of the Murder Scene . . Played at Lunario
Till next time take care
Bye from NZ🍻👋🇳🇿twa
One of the best videos of them is "Hell you call a dream" Live at Pepsi Center.
For a great example of crowd interaction/support check out "Choke' from the same show. That whole concert is amazing. They did have the chance to be a corporate product back when they went viral in 2014 but the band, their family, and team played the long game and we're better off for it.
Great reaction!
This song got me into the rabbit hole about two years ago.
It’s still in my top 5 favorite songs from TW.
🤘🤘⚡️
Dani's "belt" at the end represents The Queen's soul finally leaving her body (at the end of the story of the concept album). They all sing amazingly well.
This is the best band on the planet! 🔥⚡⚡⚡
TW have 2 legitimate lead singers and Ale could very well become one as well if she ever chooses to.
She has been taking a more prominent role as the primary backing vocalist in some of the songs of their new album Keep Me Fed.
Dany and Pau have the advantage of genetics to harmonize beautifully but each has their own strengths.
Dany has the power and an ever increasing range. She’s always had some natural distortion in her voice but has been working on being able to turn it off and on at will. She’s also been exploring her head voice more and more as she’s primarily relied on her mixed belt until recently.
Pau has an incredible way of expressing emotion with her vocals. She has an incredibly beautiful tonality and can incorporate a nice rasp when she wants to.
I consider Ale to be a chameleon. She can harmonize perfectly with either sister and lay down a stunning falsetto as well.
They have definitely “paid their dues” being absolute road warriors over the last few years.
It’s my belief they are on the cusp of breaking out as international stars.
Paus singing is phenomenal. The crunch of the guitar and the harmonies.......my goodness, the harmonies.
You could go anywhere on this concert and be blown away. Disciple will have you peeling yourself off the back wall. Revenant with Paus voice is moving and her Mexican attitude in Narcisista, and Dany doing Martirio with such passion.
Hard to believe Ale (Bass) was only 17, Pau (Drums) - 20, and Dany 22 at this concert. Such stage presence. Really anything from this concert is awesome, but a couple of my favorites are: 'Z', '23', 'Choke', and 'Evolve'. Those are a good combination that highlight a little of each member - and of course, if you want to see Pau's full measure of sass on display, you've got to watch 'Narcisista' (same concert.)
I saw The Warning in August of 2023 in a little place in Cincinnati. We got the same energy and level of performance out of Dany and Pau as you see here. Ale seemed a little subdued when compared to what you see in this show. Then I saw them in June 2024 in Tokyo and they were even better that night! Great band, can’t wait to see them again.
the journey is so emotional.. have fun,, its a JOY - ride
Timeline of a Dust to Dust reaction.
"The drummer sings? Awesome!"
"She actually fantastic!"
After Dany’s outro belt: "Holy shit!"
As a huge Pau fan, here's some info :
Paulina "Pau" Villarreal Vélez is a Mexican musician. She is the drummer, singer, pianist and songwriter for the band The Warning.
From her early childhood she was taught classical piano and since the age of 6, also drums. Her parents' passion and playing the video game Rock Band led her to rock music. Her father uploaded multiple videos to RUclips where she's playing drum covers for well-known pop/rock hits.
Neil Peart was the biggest influence for her drumming style.
Here is more from Pau: "23", "Narsisista" and "Black Holes" Live at Dakota Bar.
In short, she is AWESOME !!!!!
⚡Viva la WARNING⚡

Bloody hell indeed! 🤘🔥#NumberlyGarfs
My friend. DarWin and The Warning...2 de las mejores Bandas del mundo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you think that two member of the DarWin can do this show? ruclips.net/video/MBNiYLfsbAQ/видео.html
I don't recall seeing a musician so in command of the stage as when they frame Pau singing and beating the drums like they shot her dog.
Still wish we could see the cam view from behind Pau during the 1st verse. I think see drops a stick or breaks a stick. Or maybe she’s just adjusting her IEMs. But anyway she’s playing only with her right hand while keeping time AND singing
TW 🤟
🤘🤘🤘🤘👋
Is just the Pauwer ⚡🔥
🤩
"Bloody 'ell!!!" And the drummer as well!!!🔥🔥🔥
Keep in mind they are performing in Mexico City, damn near 8000 ft above sea level.
That's 2200 METERS using modern civilization measurement system.
The warning is. A súper band listen oll the new álbum
Excellent reaction these girls rock later.❤️😎🇺🇸
🤘🏻🤘🏻
This wonderful
Ale wrote the bass line for this song when she was 11-12. And Pau sings on the treadmill to practice for singing while drumming.
The whole song is 🔥!
*Pau* gives it her all on drums (does she know any other way?) while nailing her strong vocals, and *Ale* has that killer bass line from the very start that powers the song from a deep and heavy place. *Dany's* hands are working overtime the whole time on her axe, and to top everything off, she's got that full-throated flawless belting at the end, with a tinge of middle-eastern tones, all done in one breath, at *7000ft altitude* no less! That always elicits a surprised-face, positive response from reactors. She really nailed it and it's a fantastic way for the song to come to an end. Well done Dany, Pau, and Ale!
The Warning es una banda de rock duro casi metal clásico, The Warning es un fenómeno son maestras de la composición y estructura musical ,son genios de la música ,son muy talentosas
Great song!
Yeah, how many 19yr olds can say that they have four albums out?
And when I hear people say that Taylor Swift recorded her first album at 16. I think, so what? Ale was 12.
@@PhilAndrews-m8l After warming up on Hysteria at 10.
You should react to where it all began, the Enter Sandman cover they did in 2014. This song is a fan favorite and I believe they play this at every concert they ever did since the song came out. Great reaction.

It is funny how almost no reactors guess that CDMX is Ciudad Mexico (=Mexico City).
How you like being warned? It will not be the last time, i assure you, friend.
