Fantabulous tutorial💜 Seems like too many parts to break, however, unless the parts BREAK up & fall into your cup, possibly one could replace the broken part. Not sure about the gasket that reservoir sits on. 😉

Great review! really showed just about everything I wanted to see! I read some reviews on amazon that say the carafe is hard to wash due to the small neck/opening. Did you guys find this to be the case?

Thanks for the feedback. Not a problem with washing for us. You can’t get your whole hand into it but a form handle gets the job done. The type used to wash baby’s bottles. Hope that makes sense to you.
