if you like what us in the UK have taken from US hip hop then you should definitely check out The Four Owls. they're a group of four OG uk guys who are heavily influenced by the New York scene. If you want any idea of how legitimate they are, they've already done two tracks with DJ Premier. Nearly any track is worth a listen but there is a new track with Premier released not long ago called "The Four Owls - 100%". They're usually more on the conscious side of rap, but my favourite track has to be "Assassination" where they show you how to do a "we all killers" track. be great to hear what you think.
